Watertop Farm

Ik was blij met: We visited watertop farm this week and honestly the only thing I regret was not staying longer ! Watertop farm has changed alot from when I used to go as a child 20+ years ago, there was alot more to on site but saying that my kids (4&5) did not stop from when we arrived. A 9 hole mini golf course, petting and feeding the horses & donkeys, bike tracks and amazing view on the walks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning on going back again in 2 weeks time but staying a night or 2 longer (can not wait!). Might not be everyone's cup of tea, especially if your looking kids clubs and on site grub and pubs but its located 10ish minutes away from Ballycastle centre.

Ik was blij met: The owners were very helpful and informative. They told us about an event happening close by that we didn't know about. The facilities were clean. Plently of showers and toilets. Also 2 areas to wash dishes. There is plently of space to pitch the tent and park beside the tent to unload then move the vehicle over tho the other side of the small track. Lots of signage to where everything is. All areas tidy, to get to the campsite we had to go past the bins, there was never any bad smell coming from the bins or anything. The leaflet at check in is full of information and they have had fun writing it, it's quite funny. Their dog, Rex, roams the area checking on everyone. He really likes being told how much of a good boy he is lol.

Ik was blij met: An amazing camp site with plenty to do and see. We camped at the river side section, which had view of the lake and could hear the waterfall at night❤️. Lovely secure site and away from any traffic and roads so the kids can run free and play with no worries. They have lots of free activities for kids and two play parks to keep them entertained. Such friendly staff and we look forward to our next visit 😀 10/10

Ik was blij met: Scenery and location, lovely pitch, well maintained. Some lovely walks around the site/farm. It is a working farm, so plenty of animals and birdsong. Very nice people owners. Definitely recommend!

Ik was blij met: Très beau lieu en pleine campagne tout en étant proche de la ville de Ballycastle…. Superbe camping à la ferme très bien organisé et très écologique….

Ik was blij met: The pitch was well placed. Amenities were of great cleanliness and quality and the owner could not have been more helpful or accommodating.

Ik was blij met: The friendliness of the owners and their enthusiasm for giving visitors an authentic flavour of life in the area. The rustic charm of the site, which had all the facilities we needed. Our pitch was level and accessible, with electric and water provided. We used the family showers and the campers’ kitchen area. The ‘Cottage’ with its roaring open fire was lovely.
