Minehead Caravan Club Site

Set on a small hillside, Minehead Caravan Club Site is spread across several flat areas, all of which are attractively screened from the road with plentiful trees and bushes. For shopping and all the attractions of a traditional British seaside resort, Minehead is only a 15-minute walk from the caravan site. Another tempting attraction nearby is Dunster Castle. Beautiful Exmoor, famous as Lorna Doone country, is also a popular draw, especially for walkers and those with dogs. There are also excellent bus links to explore the Quantocks, Porlock, Tiverton and Dulverton. The coastal path near Minehead Caravan Club Site is marvellous, with many of its vistas being more impressive than the last. The little lanes and small, intimate villages, such as Porlock, Porlock Weir, Selworthy and the twin villages of Lynton and Lynmouth are all well worth the visit for their charm and easily accessible from the caravan park. You can also enjoy a scenic train journey to Taunton which takes in plenty of stops along the way. Be it countryside walks or a taste of the rural life, there is bound to be something to delight visitors to this tranquil destination. Leave the M5 at junction 24 onto the A38 (signposted Bridgwater). Follow signposts to A39, Minehead. On the outskirts of Minehead continue through traffic lights (Dunster Castle) and continue to the second mini roundabout. Keep left (signposted Porlock, Lynmouth). The Site is on the left in 400 yards (next to fire station).
