Ik was blij met Absolutely lovely site, couldn't really fault it. We were given a tent pitch with a gorgeous view, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The facilities, from the pools to the restaurants and the showers etc were all great, I loved the small touches like playing music into the shower and toilets. Perfect location. Overall great stay, would highly recommend.

Ik was blij met Great site with a fantastic view of the bay. Brilliant for kids with the two swimming pools (in-door and out-door), soft play area, friendly and helpful staff, and immaculately clean toilets and showers. Absolutely brilliant site and situated in a part of the country where there's plenty to explore. We're very likely to return.

Ik was niet blij met Fish and chips at the on-site 'The Catch' - we must have caught them (excuse the pun) on a bad night because the fish batter was as tough as a turtle shell and the chips were dry and scrappy and our tent pitch was a little slopey, but minor matters in an otherwise superb stay.

Ik was niet blij met Closely packed noisy site
Staff in restaurent stressed and overworked. Good food but waited 50 mins for it to be delivered. Steep hills locally for access.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, sorry to hear that you wouldn't visit us again and that you felt the wait for food was long. We do advise that as our food is all cooked fresh and with the best possible ingredients, it can at busier times take longer than we might hope for - but hopefully it was delicious when you received it! Our park is exceptionally busy with families having wonderful holiday experiences in August, and I appreciate your comments that it might have felt noisy. We do have pitching guidelines to ensure everyone is correctly spaced and our team do pitch checks to make sure.
Really pleased you were able to take advantage of the great transport links and visit our local towns. Also that you found the team to be helpful!

Ik was blij met Food in Jetty restaurant was lush. Staff were great. Shower blocks modern fresh and clean. Well stocked shop on site. Generous pitch sizes.

Ik was niet blij met Food and drink prices, although was expected!

Love that you found the pitches to be a good size and although we consider the prices for our food and drink to be reasonable for the quality you get, we'll certainly take your feedback on board. Ik was blij met Excellent camp site. Clean toilets. Club house. Didn't manage a go in swim pool unfortunately but it looked very inviting. Was busy every day we were there. Lovely camp site.
Wifi only works round club house.

Ik was blij met Clean, modern facilities. Perfect sized camping pitches overlooking the beautiful bay. Plenty of water points. The entertainment was fantastic for the kids. The prices when you are there are very reasonable. And the there is a shop on-site with EVERYTHING you will need.
We will be returning again next year!
