Penndra Campsite

Ik was blij met We loved everything about Penndra. Great clean facilities (WC/showers and wash up area). Completely family friendly with a huge area to let them run riot behind the tents.

It was peaceful and quiet, just the odd owl making noise during the night.

I know you can’t predict who is on site with you, but we had some lovely pleasant campers there while we were.

Rich couldn’t be more helpful with accommodating with our late arrival. He also went the extra mile when our tent going rogue in strong winds while we were offsite, with the help of a fellow camper.

Ik was blij met Everything!!! The site was a dream with plenty of space given to each pitch and an abundance of play space. The site was about half full during our stay but it is easy to see that even when full the owners have thought about privacy over numbers which is a real treat, we are definitely going to return for a family holiday, and even looking into bringing our scout group for a camp.

Ik was blij met I loved staying at this campsite, and the mission behind it. Friendly, clean and well organised with amenities such as fridge and freezer which was appreciated.

Ik was niet blij met Only thing was a funny smell in the fridge/freezer room but that didn't worry me too much.
There is not much phone signal- that was not a problem for me, and I enjoyed a break from the internet, but may be a problem if you need it!

Ik was blij met Everything we needed from the moment we arrived, most importantly Rich made sure we had the right pitch for us, a lovely quiet corner. Alfie (Collie) loved the dog walk where he could catch his ball off lead, he also liked meeting Norman and sharing one of his treats.

Ik was blij met Everything was absolutely wonderful. We stayed for a quick 1 night stop and it was by far one of our fav campsites! Clean facilities, a little shop with all the essentials plus ice cream and marshmallows. Richard is incredibly welcoming and helpful.

Ik was blij met Small and quiet hidden gem. Owners lovely, clean shower and toilet blocks. Great size pitches, Great location for exploring southern Cornwall.
Will definitely book again

Ik was blij met A peaceful well maintained and friendly site. The main contact Richard is polite and is eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Facilities are clean and tidy too.

Ik was blij met Really enjoyed our stay here, loved everything about the campsite! The laid back vibe, the location, the spacious pitches, the communal fridge/freezer, the nice hot showers, the cute little honestly shop! The little thoughtful bits make this campsite a winner. You have a lovely place Richard & we will definitely stay here again when in Cornwall!

Ik was niet blij met The weather! Haha! Even that didn’t dampen our spirits, us maybe, but not our spirits :) Jokes aside, there was nothing to dislike about this campsite.

Ik was blij met Richard is a fantastic host who looks and maintains the campsite to a high standard. The campsite has a very nice vibe to it. Toilets were clean, the area is spacious for our boys to play football and water points and facilities are all easily accessible. Showers were nice and hot and there even spaces in the fridge and freezers. There was a hot water kettle we could use as well including charging area for devices. We found the area to be close to anywhere in Cornwall.
