Ik was niet blij met Absolutely atrocious. Cancelled our booking with no reason given three hours before we arrived, refused to issue a refund even when pitch up returned to the 15% deposit as they could see we were not at fault.

To confirm the booking was temporarily cancelled as you were in breach of our terms and conditions.
The hot tub pitches are clearly marketed for two adults only with absolutely no provision for additional persons permitted or visitors allowed. You chose to advise us on the afternoon of your arrival that you would be travelling with a third person and then spent a considerable amount of time trying to navigate around our terms and conditions becoming more and more belligerent. This included booking a nearby campsite/hotel and travelling backwards and forwards to use our facilities. This is certainly not how a pitch on a campsite works. Your communication became evermore demanding as you became aware that we were not going to be brow beaten into accepting your booking with three persons.
We had a lengthy conversation with Pitchup and agreed to honour your booking on the condition that your adhered the terms and conditions. We were under the impression that you would be arriving that evening at 6pm with two persons only and staying on site overnight. You did not arrive.
Pitchup gave you a refund of the deposit as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ - we are unsure why as you are at fault and Pitch have also confirmed to us that you at fault! Despite receiving numerous unpleasant emails/communications from you there will be no refund. Why should we be out of pocket at one of our busiest times of year because of your error? This is most certainly a you issue.

Ik was blij met A peaceful quiet getaway gem of a find,small and friendly. Great location to use as a base for a longer period. No problem on finding site clear instructions . Pitch size ample room .Hot tub lovely evening watching the fireworks. Will definitely be back in the new year

The perfect countryside escape.

Ik was blij met From the moment we arrived at Cowslip Farm, we were made to feel completely at home. Kim and Graham greeted us with a warm welcome and took the time to walk us through the dos and don’ts of the wood-fired hot tub before showing us around the amenities. After that, we were left to relax and make the most of our stay, exactly the right balance of hospitality and privacy.
The site itself is stunning, peaceful, beautifully kept, and surrounded by nature. The wood-fired hot tub was absolutely spectacular, the perfect way to unwind under the stars with nothing but the sound of the countryside around us. Every little detail has clearly been thought through, making the whole experience feel special.
We didn’t manage to spot the deer this time, but it gives us the perfect excuse to return, and we absolutely will. A truly magical place to escape from the world for a while.
