Ik was blij met Absolutely beautiful site. We have just returned after a 4 night stay at Walnut Cottage Holiday Park, and needless to say, we didn't want to come home! The site is immaculate - well looked after by "Uncle Wayne" who is always nearby whenever you have a question. Great park for the kids, and plenty of space for my lad to play football with his new campsite mates. The site is extremely secure for them to wander round themselves. Toilets and showers were always sparkling whenever we used them! Beautiful little area with donkeys and goats. All around 5 star holiday park and wouldn't hesitate to return tomorrow! Adults, kids and our 2 dogs loved it!!

Ik was blij met A well kept site with high level of security. The shower and toilets were kept exceptionally clean. Pitches are good sizes. Owners are very friendly and helpful.

Ik was blij met Immaculate park, landscaping and the facilities have a higher standard feel about them and are kept spotlessly clean. There are a few quirky additions to the landscaping.
EHU is metered, and due to the good weather, we hardly used any.
Wayne is very down to earth, friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome.
Our hardstanding pitch was a good sized level pitch and we didnt need blocks, although others needed them. They are not fully serviced pitches, but water taps are dotted around the park.
It is an extremely secure site, with electric gates and CCTV. We visited in our Motorhome, the park is very remote and we needed a car to go exploring Much Welock or beyond, its too far to walk for us. A return Uber to Much Wenlock cost us about £12.00.
Overall, this site is a credit to Wayne and his team.

Ik was niet blij met Nothing to dislike really.
A suggestion would be a dedicated Motorhome service point i.e drive over grey waste tank disposal and onboard water tank fill tap.
A secure dog area for off lead excercise would be a big plus for us and would enhance the park further.

Ik was blij met Lovely little site with a very homely feeling. The owner is very friendly and takes a lot of pride in his beautiful site, and fair enough as you can see throughout the place the little touches and how well he is taking care of everything. After reading many other reviews, we were really curious to see how this place looks and after our visit , below are the main points to be noted:
1. The site is spotless (from pitches, to facilities, the lawn around the site everything is well taken care of)
2. Yes , there are rules imposed but nothing out of ordinary: common sense for any campers that know how to respect a site!
3. Yes, there is CCTV on site and inside facilities building but this is clearly mentioned during booking, also there are pictures on site showing the area covered and NO intrusive issues, the camera is facing the sinks and hair dryer area (NOT the cubicles or showers). It is all for safety and triggered after some prior guests decided not to respect the site
4. Great play area for children, with more equipment available than what you usually find in a standard campsite, very colourful, lots of things for the little ones to do and even with a separate toilet for children whilst playing there. Of course the paint is not always looking shining new because 1 UK is famous for rainy days and 2. Because paint does not last forever (seen the words "ran down looking" being used in some reviews which is very unfair in my opinion
5. There is a big field available to walk/exercise your dog, which is amazing (and very clean and with well taken care of grass)
6. Showers are clean, spacious and with nice hot water
7. Lovely donkeys, goats and ducks residents which the owner was kind enough to show to our daughter
8. Really nice and quirky decorations around the site (again some might love, some might not, we did enjoy seeing them!)
9. Metered electricity with very very good prices (barely anything after a night's stay in our van)
This site is perfect and we do recommend it, we had a really good night stay and we hope to return soon!

Ik was blij met Wayne was very friendly and very attentive. The toilet block was immaculate. Pitches were spacious and level.

Ik was niet blij met This is just a personal opinion but I found the rules, posters and the CCTV a bit OTT and not conducive to relaxing (I completely understand as years ago there had apparently been an issue.)
