Prachtige camping met schone faciliteiten (incl. privé-douches) en een gastvrije sfeer. Ruime plaatsen met vuurkorven & picknicktafels. Vriendelijke eigenaren, lekker ontbijt en goede locatie voor wandelingen & uitstapjes (bv. Ludlow Castle). Wel basic keuken en smalle toegangsweg.

Ik was blij met Well-organised site. Table and benches provided for each pitch. Immaculate facilities. Hairdryer available, 20p charge. Fridge, freezer, toaster and kettle available. Oil drum for campfire.

Ik was blij met Everything. A really well run and relaxing campsite. Facilities are excellent, pitches are large and location is second to none. Offa’s Dyke loop into BC is a great walk, looking forward to finding some more soon. Mary is a very welcoming host and we loved the takeaway breakfast. Just re-booked for the end of the month. We can’t wait to come back.

An absolute gem of a location.

Ik was blij met What was not to like. The location was stunning. The views across the countryside were breathtaking.
The facilities were immaculate. Everything we needed had been thought of. The shower/toilet block was spotlessly clean and it was lovely to have a hot shower after a days hiking.
The campers kitchen made washing up easy and having access to a fridge and freezer was a massive bonus when camping.
The surrounding woodland walks were a hidden bonus.
Mary was a lovely and helpful host and we will definitely be visiting this location again.

Ik was blij met We loved the view from our tent pitch. The site was a nice size (not too big). It had very clean facilities and a friendly feel. The ability to purchase a cooked breakfast was a bonus.

Ik was blij met Lovely campsite with good facilities and a fantastic view. Great location for walking and exploring the surrounding area. Very useful having access to a microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster. Nice hot showers too.
Ik was niet blij met No solo discount so makes it a bit expensive when camping alone.

Regarding no solo discount, the problem we have is that unfortunately many solo people still come with a large tent, big enough to fit, several people in.

Lovely peaceful campsite

Ik was blij met Nice clean shower/ toilet blocks. Substantial kitchen for campers. Beautiful views and walkable to bishops castle. Nice flat and well maintained pitches with the gret addition of the picnic table and fire bowls.

Ik was blij met Views - stunning
Pitches have been levelled to make putting the tent up easy.
Firepits and picnic tables are a lovely touch. My daughter was colouring at the table even as we were pitching the tent!
Hot showers and toilets are great and even on a bank holiday weekend they were clean and well stocked.
Having fridge also makes it a bit easier storing some food.
Overall such a lovely site.

The fridges & freezers do get used a lot it makes life so much easier camping if you have somewhere to keep things cold.
