The Elms is perfectley positioned to offer all our visitors the perfect base to explore the excellent facilities that Lincolnshire has to offer. The busy resort of Ingoldmells is within walking distance. Skegness is 4 1/2 miles away and many other local resorts and places are only a short drive away.The park is a family run site and many of our customers return year after year. The site is set in open country-side with beautiful views over the Lincolnshire Wolds. Many recent developments have just been completed to ensure your stay whether it be seasonal or just a quick visit, is home from home and enjoyable. The site offers modern toilets and coin operated shower facilities along with a laundry room. A walk is provided for people and dogs. Our four legged friends are most welcome but must be kept on a lead on site and never be left unattended in caravans.

When approaching Skegness via the Gunby round about, turn left at the first set of traffic lights. This will be sign posted funcoast world and Fantasy Island. Travel along this road past the stock car stadium and we are at the junction of the 2nd turning to your right. When traveling on the A52, follow the road through Skegness and Ingoldmells. When leaving the village of Ingoldmells turn left at the 2nd set of traffic lights, directing you towards the stock car stadium and Orby, we are on the left at the first junction.
