Ik was blij met Really Quiet, well positioned for amenities Asda, Kfc etc. Received a warm welcome from Michael on reception and helped us with electric hookup our cable was too short and he had a spare he lent us. Nothing too much trouble. Shower and toilet block was 5 star, clean and modern

Ik was blij met Perfect place great bus route just outside the site spotlessly clean facilities friendly helpful staff great sized pitches and the email beforehand gave lots of interesting information would highly recommend booked to go and stay in the hotel in September half way or just under to cornwall perfect little place will definatly be staying again very peaceful place

Ik was blij met Very good pitches with very clean washroom facilities. Reception was very good and polite at all times. Pitch easy to find.

Ik was niet blij met The Wi-Fi was not very good at all so if you advertise free Wi-Fi it should be a good connection!

Ik was blij met Lovely campsite with easy access to the M5 the pitches are level and have privacy hedges
The check in was easy and the site has number plate recognition.
The toilets and showers are lovely and modern and kept clean and tidy i loved the piped music so much nicer than listening to your neighbours ablutions
The site has an information room with detailed maps of local walks and pubs direct from the site
The site provides free WiFi but we didn't use it as our own WiFi worked fine
We got the 94 bus to Gloucester direct from the site entrance which runs every 15 mins up until around midnight
We walked to Cheltenham which is around 3 miles along the cycle path
We will definitely visit again so handy for Cheltenham races and festivals

Ik was niet blij met Not a dislike as such but due having easy access to the M5 there is some distant road noise ( motorbikes mainly) but it didn't spoil our stay and wouldn't stop us visiting again

Ik was blij met Our experience was fantastic from start to finish. The site is very well looked after and spotless. The toilet blocks were some of the nicest and cleanest ones we have used. The location of the site is brilliant. Bus stop straight out side with buses to Gloucester and Cheltenham every 10 minutes. We really enjoyed watching the planes fly over some of them were very low but great to watch. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience.

Ik was blij met Not a lot .. sorry!!

Ik was niet blij met Pitches very tight.. we are new to touring this year .. this is the 8th site we’ve used and it the smallest pitch we’ve been on .. only one chemical disposal site.. for all the caravans and motor home .. I had to queue.. ( never done this before! ) .. toilet shower block closed a 11:00 to 1:00.. for cleaning.. I forgot and walked over the threshold and was shouted at by a lady.. not polite at all .. to use the disabled one .. ok but there was a chair holding the door of this open .. so it wasn’t very clear.. Ony 2 of the shower had a bench and partition.. these were in use .. so used the other ones .. just a flimsy shower curtain which was far from water resistant.. the water came underneath it .. making the whole area wet .. and a stool .. which was soaked by the previous person.. .. .. we booked 2 nights left after 1 .. not done this before..

All guests are provided with a park plan upon arrival, where all amenities and facilities including our two fully equipped service areas are clearly marked. We're sorry if this wasn’t as clear to you at the time, as we always aim to help guests feel informed and settled from the start.

With regard to the washroom cleaning schedule. I understand that you entered the building during the cleaning period, past the clearly displayed closed signs, and encountered one of our team members mid-clean. That team member was Joy, who many of our guests know and frequently praise for her warmth, helpfulness, and genuinely friendly nature. I can say with absolute confidence that Joy would never intentionally raise her voice or speak to a guest in a rude manner - it’s simply not in her character. She will be very upset to read your comments, as she takes great pride in making everyone feel welcome and cared for during their stay.

Our team consistently receives praise for their friendliness and approachability, and I know they’ll be very upset to read your comments, as they work incredibly hard to make every guest feel welcome and looked after.

Ik was blij met Superb site with excellent amenities. Great views and large, flat pitches. Easy walk into town across the fields. Great to have the farm shop visit on the morning we stayed.
