Non mi è piaciuto Avoid visiting during Bank Holidays, as Bunty typically has family gatherings, which, while enjoyable for them, can make the place more crowded than necessary. The facilities are basic and may feel a bit too laid-back.

Mi è piaciuto Aber campsite is peaceful and located a beautiful area. 😍 It is always a bonus when campsites are adults only with no dogs. Hiking and biking around the area. Bwlch Nant yr Arian Forest Visitor Centre close by. Flat and spacious pitches which are not close to each other. Clean facilities.

Non mi è piaciuto The only slight annoyance was lights are sensor controlled in the toilet they will go off even if sitting on the toilet or you are washing your hands.

Mi è piaciuto Beautiful campsite with spacious pitches among the trees. Access to walking and cycling trails through New Forest. Close to 2 villages and a hotel/restaurant 10 minutes walk away. Clean toilets with multiple cubicles to use from. Nice hot showers. Washing up area and lockers to charge phones.

Non mi è piaciuto No drinking water tap near toilet block which was a bit strange 🤔

Mi è piaciuto Beautiful location with the southwest coastal path easily accessible from the campsite. Clean toilets and showers and spacious. We always found an empty shower block. What a joy to find 8 hooks in a shower and a bench to sit on 😁 Good washing up area with laundry space, which we didn't use. We had an amazing time especially with the weather being nice 🌞

Non mi è piaciuto We were at little shepherd site and photos are deceiving. The field is very sloppy so should come early to get a decent spot. None of the photos on pitch up shows this.

Non mi è piaciuto Pitches were not flat and the grass was quite long. Long driveway with potholes so be careful if you have a low car

Non mi è piaciuto The campsite caters for walkers and cyclists who are doing the Cleveland way and staying for a night. But if you are staying longer it's not really appropriate. The toliets and washing area is 3 gates away and it's 800 steps round trip. Luckily we were the only one camping till bank Holiday as there is only 1 shower. There are no instructions given when you book so you are kind of lost where to go and where the ptiches are.

Non mi è piaciuto Only 2 toliets and 1 shower, long ques They have two big field so it is a long journey to just fill water or wash up. Doesn't have marked pitches so some people can take a huge spot and others are parked too close. They have a massive skip for trash right in the entrance which was overflowing and smelly

Mi è piaciuto We stayed at Ffynnonddewi for 5 nights and had an amazing time. The pitch sizes are huge so much room for activity. Each pitch has its own firepit and there are porter loo available so you don't have to walk to far. My husband said he had the best bacon, egg sausage Bap and they have vegan/Veggie options. Location wise it is close to various beaches. Host is really accommodating and allowed us to move when we requested due to noise level from next pitch. We were lucky as it was start of season so it felt as if we had the whole Campsite for ourselves.

Non mi è piaciuto It is a child friendly site which we were aware of but something to keep in mind if you want peace and quiet.

Mi è piaciuto Beautiful location with easy access to shops, pubs and attractions. You could see the owners cared and had small personal touches that made the stay more enjoyable such as the outdoor seating area. We stayed during Easter bank holiday and it wasn't busy. Well equipped kitchen area and clean toilets. Good size pitches and it is always a bonus when there are free fire pits. 😊 One of the best Campsite, Highly recommend!

We have increased the sizes of the pitches a little this year and there is a fire pit for every pitch. Campfires are the best aren't they? And you certainly needed one over Easter! It was cold. Mi è piaciuto Amazing location, breathtaking view even though the whole week was cloudy and wet, it was amazing to be up at the campsite. It is a very quiet with only 2 tent pitches and 2 bell tents. Just 10 minute drive to Llanberis and there are a few public foothpaths are the campsite as well. The hosts are friendly and advised us to go early on Snowdonia which was perfect. Also, the sheep and cat paid us a visit at the tent :)

Non mi è piaciuto The hosts both work full time and decided to quickly do this year and you can tell by the facilities that they were put together rushed and are very basic. The compositing toilet is more of a personal toilet as it is just a bucket. It got full really fast when there were 2 families and us there ( around 12 people) and it was not cleaned often.The shower and toilet cubicle are very tiny, you literally hit your head on the door while trying to wipe your butt. Also, there is no space to stand outsite the shower tray so you get water dripping on you when you are trying to change.They just needed to build them a bit bigger. Bins were not checked everyday and they were overflowing for 2 days. Even though they helped us take our stuff there with the quadbike they were not available during checkout and it was raining. It would be ideal if they have couple of wheelbarrows as parking is a bit of walk from the campsite. Lastly, need to update their general information as each site does not have own chiminea and barbecue, you have to pay extra for it.

Dal gestore: Sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay here. It didn't help that it rained every day. As far as our facilities go and as stated on pitch up this is an off grid site. The toilet and hot shower are brand new standard size cubicles which we clean 3 times a day. As far as throwing the site together quickly- we have put lots of thought, love and effort into creating a warm, welcoming and clean environment for our guests to enjoy the natural beauty of Snowdonia. Yes the facilities are basic, but this is what the majority of our guests enjoy as they have stated in their reviews. Maybe this site just wasn't for you !!!

Mi è piaciuto Loved how remote it was and facilities were basic but were clean. Jo even offered us to stay at the bell tent (we paid full price) on our frist day as it was raining really hard. But offering it to us was kind of her. 20-15 min drive from all main touristic spots which made ideal without being crowded

Non mi è piaciuto Unfortunately, the tent pitches were sloppy, it was really hard to find a good spot, luckily we were the only one pitching at the time were able to find one. The road to the campsite is extremely narrow and overgrown, I have attached photos. You have to reverse back if someone is coming from the other side.

Mi è piaciuto Beautiful campsite, very clean bathrooms and extremely spacious which is a luxury. I really liked their notice board with information around the area. Remote is something we love so it was great. Couple of days we were the only one on non-electric pitches which was an added bonus. Will definitely be staying there again and have already reccomended to friends and family.

Non mi è piaciuto Fire bowls were a bit steep £3.50/night plus £5 for logs. Unfortunately, the day we were leaving someone took our ice packs from the communal fridge... Not the hosts fault at all but a bit unfortunate.
