Mi è piaciuto A truly amazing stay! The Hut was so well equipped we felt like we could up-sticks and move in permanently without a care in the world and never look back! The space was fantastic, the bed unbelievable comfortable, our own shower and full bathroom in the hut itself made for a truly incredible stay. And that's before we even get on to the view, the setting, the welcome and the attentiveness. Waking up to stare out over the fields and hills was so special, going to sleep under the starlit sky it perfect peaceful surroundings, a lovely welcome gift of red wine, and a lovely greeting really made the experience special, plus plenty of firewood and the fire pit right outside our door. Absolutely uncomparable. We will definitely stay again!

Mi è piaciuto Facilities, Price, Owners Friendliness and Caring, Space, Small Numbers, Local Area, View, Peace and Quiet, Behaviour of other Guests... Everything This is an amazing little site, rustic rural charm, but with great facilities, new showers in a retrofitted horsebox, better showers than most hotels! spotlessly clean from early morning to last thing at night, and constant hot water supply, large area to dry in private. Numbers are kept to a minimum on the site so there was loads of space and good distance between all guests. Matthew deserves a special mention as everything we all want from a site owner... fire pits and wood delivered on request, and clearly cares for the guests, even offering to pick us up from the local pub after dinner in case we didn't feel comfortable walking the dark lanes late at night. The area is so peaceful and charming, it wasn't a problem to walk but such a lovely offer, add to that offering to pop out to get BBQ stuff and cider for guests too. absolutely brilliant. Have to respond to a review below talking about loud music and guest breaking rules. We were staying the same night, and can definitely say that everyone on the site was perfectly respectful and the kind of guests you want to be with on a quiet country site. The music wasn't coming from anyone on site, but when we were walking back from the local pub we did hear music coming from a house/estate that we passed which was in a neighbouring valley. Can understand why the families at the opposite end of the site might have thought the music was coming from our end of the site because it had that muted sound to it because of the distance and was in our direction, but it certainly wasn't, it was wedding (we assumed) way off site. All nights we stayed were peaceful and beautiful.
