Mi è piaciuto Located a short drive to a good few things. Clean and quiet site, great showers and a bonus hob. Friendly staff. Recommend the Black Bull in Gartmore. 30 min walk.

Non mi è piaciuto Mattress was very uncomfortable, just springs, I would bring extra bedding to cover it. Nowhere to walk the dog off lead or through the woods. Storage in pod could be improved by opening out under the beds to put luggage under. We'd been spoilt by another pod in Lossiemouth similar price the week before so didn't live up to that but very acceptable for the price paid in reality.

Mi è piaciuto Proximity to beach, comfy pod, nice park and facilities including pool. Toilets close and clean everywhere on site. Staff friendly.

Non mi è piaciuto Busy checking in, completely understand but forgot to give toilet keys as last people had lost them so just a warning rather than dislike - make sure you get toilet keys. Toilet waste open first time I went so didn't realise needed keys, then could access the toilet in the morning until reception opened.

Mi è piaciuto We stayed in the camping cabin but it wouldn't let me choose that on this form. Beautiful location, right on the river so my son could fish his heart out and I can imagine when it's warmer weather its wonderful for a paddle. Lovely pebble beach area too. Cabin was very comfy and well equipt with unexpected extras plates, cups, cutlery and a washing up bowl. There was also complimentary tea/coffee. It was super toasty with the heater too.

Mi è piaciuto Everything about the caravan and site was great. Really smart caravan, very comfy and lots of room. Shower was amazing! Lovely views and everything we needed was provided.

Non mi è piaciuto Didn't dislike personally but worth noting there isn't much to do onsite or within walking distance but a great bolt hole to explore the peninsula by car journeys.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely site, nice bar and cafe, great tackle shop etc. nice ponds and beautiful river running past too.

Non mi è piaciuto Not a lot of information re the fishing and rules on the website and didn't get information back to questions asked before visiting, would have made it better having been prepared but still a lovely place.

Mi è piaciuto Comfy cabin, all essentials that were needed. Site is clean and a very nice environment. We walked into the local village, nice dog friendly pub with lovely food and a park on the way.

Non mi è piaciuto Not a lot to do on site for young children or space to play sport etc though that may be different when there is not a dog show on. Not a deal breaker at all just a prewarning if you have sport mad children.

Mi è piaciuto Wonderful break, great facilities, good entertainment at weekend. Pool was great, yes it's not a jacuzzi but it's warm enough to have fun in not freezing at all as other reviews have said. Pod is very comfortable and everyone extremely friendly. Dogs been very welcome too. Also bar prices are very reasonable 😀

Non mi è piaciuto Only didn't put 5 as there wasn't a warning about the restaurant being closed and would have brought something extra to cater for ourselves had we known.

Mi è piaciuto Wonderful cabin with facilities and heating. Clean, functional and had thought of all the little things. Hot tub is a great touch and stayed warm all night so we could pop back in in the morning. Wonderful little getaway
