Mi è piaciuto With the look of something from the Hobbit, this glamping pod is located in the most peaceful and scenic location with nothing to do but sit and watch the world go by whilst listening to the birds. It has everything you could need from wall heater that is superb, kettle, microwave with cups, glasses, plates and cutlery, we were even welcomed with two large towels and a tea towel. The bed is super comfy and I can honestly say we had a fantastic nights sleep. The washroom, toilets and shower is just a walk passed the horses field and has plenty of hot water and although basic has everything you could need. I almost don’t want to write this glowing review because I want it to be my secret place! I would definitely recommend this place and WILL be back again soon hopefully!

Mi è piaciuto We stayed in a pod and asked if we could take our own beds and the small single camp beds were taken out for us on our arrival. Whilst the pods are small they are fabulous, with kettle, toaster, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery all provided and small heater that we didn’t need as the pods are lovely and warm. The views are absolutely stunning and the stars at night are something else! The facilities are good with hot running water and plenty of loo roll and hand towels provided, and they were clean. They have a dedicated dog walking area which is a real bonus and has a couple of benches so your pooch can have a good run around. Super friendly owners and a perfect location.

Mi è piaciuto We stayed in pod 4. The pod was adequately cleaned and quite deceptively spacious. The views are amazing and because we went out of season and throughout a week and not a weekend it was so peaceful (other than the trains which run directly behind the pods)

Non mi è piaciuto The blinds are not blackout so don’t expect lie ins but this isn’t a problem at all for us but could be for others and there is train noise every half hour or so but this stops at 11pm. The toilets and showers are just adequate, they should be cleaner and they ran out of loo roll after a day. I’d like a shelf of some description in the showers too, also from the pods the walk is over grass so quite wet when we were there as it hadn’t been mowed.
