Mi è piaciuto Lovely small site on a working farm. Pitch was a great size and the metres electricity is easy to use and much cheaper than adding it on to the cost of the pitch. The toilets and showers are really clean and warm. 15 min walk to a good pub and loads of walks from the site plus a bus stop near by.

Dal gestore: Hello Jo, thanks for your comments and we're really happy you enjoyed your stay with us. We hope to see you return sometime soon and hopefully when its a bit warmer and sunnier so you can enjoy the surroundings even more, With kind regards Cliff Farm.

Mi è piaciuto The location is beautiful and the pitch sizes are excellent

Non mi è piaciuto The facilities are ok but need more regular cleaning . The distance from the river pitches to the toilets - although we were warned about that

Mi è piaciuto Fab location for walks and public transport around the South West Coast Path. Great walk - if steep at points- into Polperro and then onto Looe, where you can get the bus back. Handy for places to eat and things to do. Lovely flat pitches with view of sea in the electric field

Non mi è piaciuto I couldn't understand beforehand why some people said the facilities are clean and others said they weren't. The showers are huge and good quality. On the surface the cleaning is good, but they do need more of a deep clean more regularly - because it's a rural site, the mud and dirt accumulates around the drainage gulleys by the sink and showers. Just sorting that out regularly would turn this into a ten star site. Also, to be fair, we didn't mention it at the time as we noticed on our very last morning and we were in a hurry to get on the road. The people running the site are lovely.

Dal gestore: Thank you for your MAXIMUM score and lovely comments, we look forward to welcoming you again

Mi è piaciuto Very quiet small rural site which is magical at night. Facilities are great and location is good for both rural and city activities. 30 min walk to the pubs in Houghton on the Hill as long as you go the right way. We didn’t! It’s really clear if you turn left out of the gate down the hill and turn left straight after the little bridge. It is not clear if you do like we did and turn right! It was a nice evening for a hike at least. Nice touch to provide chocks although we didn’t need any once we pulled the van up as far as it was possible to go on the hard standing

Mi è piaciuto Very convenient for Boston and the main motorway network. Really clean, tidy site and everyone was very friendly. Nice walks from the site and cafe and pub 5 mins walk away at the fishing lakes

Non mi è piaciuto Due to customer damage there wasn't a washing up area currently.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely site off the beaten track in Champagne country. Fabrice and his wife are lovely and the champagne tasting is well worth doing

Non mi è piaciuto The facilities are clean and work well but could do with upgrading . We paid more for this pitch than our other campsite stays in France so expected a bit more

Mi è piaciuto Peacefulness Surroundings The waterfalls and walks on the site Being in nature Facilities were very clean Helpfulness of the owners Convenient to access the North Atlantic coast including The Giants Causeway. Proximity of Ballycastle which is a nice town

Non mi è piaciuto The farm is in the process of changing from an activity centre and whilst the owners are upfront about that some of the areas look a bit sad

Mi è piaciuto Facilities Quiet Location

Non mi è piaciuto Slightly muddy entrance which could be sorted with a bit of straw in wet weather

Mi è piaciuto Lovely quiet site with huge level pitches. Very friendly and helpful owner and very clean facilities Very close to good public transport links, great walks and pubs, cafes and outstanding bakery. We were here to go to a concert in the Halifax Piece Hall and it was so easy to walk down the road and get the bus there and an Uber back. You get a brilliant mix of rural and urban experiences here and the countryside is stunning

Mi è piaciuto Space Laid back vibe Really friendly team of staff

Non mi è piaciuto It’s difficult to walk direct from the site because of the narrow busy road it is on. But there’s plenty of places to park nearby so it’s not that inconvenient

Mi è piaciuto The space The quiet The location - near the town and Offas Dyke We came here a couple of weeks ago and liked it so much we came back as soon as we could

Non mi è piaciuto It'll be even better when all the new showers are commissioned

Mi è piaciuto Lovely green site with beautiful farm buildings and a nice vibe Great walk into Knighton for a range of shops, pubs and cafes Really accessible for Offas Dyke Path Nice to have option of rail or bus too River nearby

Non mi è piaciuto Will be even better when the new showers are commissioned Hadn't looked at map so didn't realise the railway line ran right alongside, but that said, it didn't impinge on us at all and added a bit of occasional interest
