Mi è piaciuto Fabulous place. You're basically in a carpark, but you know that when booking, so plan accordingly. The facilities are really well thought out and you can tell there's a ton of heart and soul put into making it a comfortable place to be. Plus the animals are hilarious and all have their own distinct personalities. Gorgeous. Loved it.

Mi è piaciuto Peaceful, gorgeous views, amazing sunset. Off-grid and simple, so make sure you've got everything before settling in. Stacks of space, so you don't feel hemmed in at all.

Mi è piaciuto Small campsite, but comfortable. Toilets and showers were spotless and excellent, plus a well equipped utility room for washing up/cleaning and drying clothes. All looked very new and shiny. Local pub served good food and was very friendly. Not much of a phone signal (for me, anyway) but you're able to use the wifi in the cafe. All seems to be run from the cafe and the team there were very helpful - the food was OK too! Very, very dark at night and lovely and quiet. We were able to leave our van in the carpark for £8/night for 5 nights which was handy too.

Non mi è piaciuto No local shop, so make sure you have everything you need. The cafe didn't open for campers until 10am, although B&B customers were welcome from 8am apparently.

Mi è piaciuto Wow what a view! Spectacular seaviews from almost everywhere on the site with amazing sunsets. Easy access to Widemouth Bay and a lovely stroll to Bude along the coastal path, or cut in to walk (or paddleboard, like we did) along the canal instead. Great cafe on the beach and a Farm Shop opposite. Good facilities onsite with hot outdoor showers which are better than the indoor ones IMO. Lovely helpful and welcoming onsite manager. We really enjoyed our stay.

Non mi è piaciuto Only one small handwashing sink in the ladies block, so not really anywhere to brush your teeth or wash your face. A few more sinks would be good, plus a mirror 😁

Mi è piaciuto Lovely campsite in the grounds of a farm, run by a gorgeous family. Large level pitches, well spaced out so plenty of room for our campervan, awning and gazebo. Beautiful location with great walks round the Argal Reservoir and beyond. We really enjoyed our stay and hands down the best shower I've ever had on a campsite!
