Mi è piaciuto The site has everything you could need, great showers that have good water pressure, nice hand wash, an indoor barn area with sofas, cosy lighting a fridge freezer and even tea and coffee making facilities and games if its raining. The views are also fantastic across hills and fields with an incredible sunset if you are lucky with the weather. Lots of space too. And a great pub with good beer and food within easy walking distance. Couldn't fault it, brilliant site.

Mi è piaciuto Small rural site, adults only, with plenty of space around each pitch, and open view over the fields to the front, nicely thought out. All pitches were well set out and all had electric. Well organised arrival, and the owner even came around to have a chat and bring fresh eggs as a welcome - nice touch. Nice to watch the free range chickens running around in their field and the cows in another field. The 3 x Toilet and shower units were very cute and all contained in one , showers were hot, and lots of hooks for clothes and towels. I would expect the units might be a little cold as the temperature drops, as there is no heating in them. The only thing was you couldn't tell if someone was already in so have to try the door and that can feel a little uncomfortable, maybe a way of showing its occupied might be useful. Good bins and recycling, although oddly wasn't one for cans/tins. Lots of bats in the evening, which are great to watch, and because no light pollution the stars are great. Bridlington only 8miles away and there was a local shop (coop) in the next village about 3 miles away. Flamborough head about 6 miles down country roads, beautiful place to visit.

Non mi è piaciuto Nothing around the site, was a pub in the village but seemed to be closed most of the time, and when open wasn't very welcoming. No footpaths anywhere near so had to drive, but that's all part of being quiet and rural and away from it all, which we like.
