Mi è piaciuto it looked as it did in the pictures, but tbh we pulled up saw how full the fields were and did a u turn, guessing it was because of Ashbourne show as every site was full, so couldn't comment on specifics.

Mi è piaciuto Want this view to wake up to? a licenced chilled friendly bar to chill in and enjoy great company before bed, not to mention award winning toilets, shower block and dedicated dog run area, well look no further. The Shires Park site has it all and being adult only no tantrums in the early hours as well, apart from myself trying to find the zip to get in tent after star gazing at 2am as there is no light pollution. The pub on site also does amazing breakfasts that can be ordered the night before and has fire pits and bbqs available for sale and hire. The hosts are brilliant and genuinely care about customers, safe to say we'll be back asap.

Mi è piaciuto where do I start, what an amazing place to stay, infact we are still here after extending for another night and now have the site to ourselves. The host is brilliant and on hand to help and recommend places to eat etc. the site has plenty of toilets both in the field and adjoining one, there are fridges and freezers available for use and farm shop that we will visit tomorrow. there is also a woodland walk to the loggerhead pub, not too challenging and about 15min, but take a torch if ur setting back to site dusk onwards. hope to visit again soon

Non mi è piaciuto The only thing going for this place is the views. There are too many pubs trying to be campsites and this is one of them. The toilets are the pub toilets which is all good until you want to brush your teeth or have a shave, the showers have no where to put anything and the campsite is muddy and trees are too close making pitches a little on the small side, it's a good job I didn't take my awning, which is extra cost btw. The electric point was in a bush behind the neighbours van and as such not very accessible. And given the poo behind my pitch didn't want to go rummaging in the undergrowth. As for the food it smelt great and restaurant was full, we hadn't booked or been told we needed to when we checked in, so had to eat elsewhere. But the ginger haired member of staff was plain rude when she told us they were full and it took some one else to suggest we could have a takeaway. Reading the reviews it chalk and cheese abd appears to be ok unless something goes wrong,then no customer service. I would not recommend camping or eating here and suggest the owners work out what they are, either a campsite, Indian restaurant or country pub as it says on the sign. If they want to be all 3 they have some work to do.

Mi è piaciuto Great site, great facilities and very clean, the pub has extensive menu and best of all gluten free options. The toilets and showers are brilliant and the deli in the morning also on site has loads of fresh products and fresh clutch free cakes. The site is on a slope with terraced pitches with great views to wake up to. Will be visiting again

Non mi è piaciuto My only improvement would be that the power points have a small light on them,as we arrived in the dark I couldn't see where it was at first.
