Mi è piaciuto Great and affordable campsite, you're left to your own devices, it's within walking distance of some nice hikes and a pub that's only a 10 minute walk down the road. There are reviews mentioning the facilities and the quality of them, but for the price, you get free hot showers, toilets, washing facilities, drinking water, bins, and a freezer should you need to use it, we've stayed in campsites before of a similar price around the lakes where it was just porter loo's and you had to pay for cold showers. So in comparison this was great! A site that does the job and doesn't break the bank.

Mi è piaciuto Really nice campsite, lovely location! Perfectly situated between Buxton and Bakewell. Shower and toilet facilities was clean and well stocked with toilet roll etc. The lady who owns the campsite is lovely and her dog rusty is equally as awesome! Also a very nice pub under a miles walk away serving food.
