Mi è piaciuto A lovely location for a campsite, close to the Moselle river and canal. The hosts were very welcoming, the site well set out, pretty flower beds and pots, well signposted with a children’s play area and the facilities near reception were clean throughout. We had a good sized pitch for our camper and awning, and thankfully some shade as it was scorching hot! The site also offered a daily bread delivery, a bar and a choice of evening set meals.

Non mi è piaciuto The second facility unit, although much closer to all pitches than the newer one by reception, was a bit run-down and only operational with two toilets and washing up facilities, no showers! Probably work in progress? We ordered an evening meal which was plentiful and tasty, but a bit off-putting as everything hot was microwaved in view behind the bar!

Mi è piaciuto Really organised and well run campsite overlooking Lake Bled. They were full when we arrived but the facilities were plentiful and clean throughout. Very friendly staff on the campsite, the cafe, restaurant and shop. The food was a little pricey, but good quality.

Non mi è piaciuto Our pitch for x3 nights was next to the site main track, and was a little small as we have a side awning, it was a a bit busy with passing people and traffic.

Mi è piaciuto This is a well organised and run campsite. Our pitch was adequate and had a lovely view over the lake. This was perfect for us as it was close to pathways and woodland for dog walks. The site has a bar and a cafe, and a short walk away is a good restaurant. The site facilities are excellent.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely campsite set on a hillside, lovely views. Friendly welcome. Rustique by name & nature, container facilities were adequate and clean. We ate at the restaurant, basic but tasty meal.

Mi è piaciuto Everything about this site. Lovely welcome at reception, spacious pitches, spotless facilities, best showers we have found touring Europe so far. The site is right alongside the lake with pontoons for swimming & fishing areas, crazy golf, ping-pong, absolutely fantastic for us & for young families. The restaurant was top notch, cooked fresh & excellent quality. To top it off we had glorious sunshine and an amazing sunset.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely campsite with friendly & helpful staff. The site is picturesque with a small lake, lots of wildlife and an enclosed dog field. The pitch and facilities were very well maintained, spotlessly clean & the under-floor heating most appreciated. On site there is a cafe serving breakfast & takeaways. The campsite also leads directly on to the Shropshire Union Canal with fabulous walks leading into Whitchurch town and local pubs.

Non mi è piaciuto Unfortunately, the site runs alongside a very busy main road with continuous traffic and noise. It didn’t bother us at all, but felt it should be mentioned!

Mi è piaciuto Stunning campsite right next to the lake. Well organised & spacious pitches with excellent facilities. Plenty of tree shade as we arrived in October and it was sweltering! Fresh Croissants and baguettes available daily as the campsite is not near a village.

Mi è piaciuto Everything. An amazing campsite with incredible views. Our hosts were v welcoming, we had a delicious supper cooked fresh on our one-night stay. Would def recommend for those looking for a fab ski resort or summer visit.
