Mi è piaciuto Views were as lovely as described. Helen was lovely and super friendly. Large pitch on nice lush grass, fairly level and flat for the caravan. Didn't use the showers etc so can't comment. The three Red Kites were a lovely bonus, not seen those in real life before.

Non mi è piaciuto Road at back of caravan pitches was a little noisy and busier on the Monday. No flush/tap at elsan point. Bin difficult to locate initially.

Mi è piaciuto The views across the valley were amazing and it was so so hot and sunny. Luckily we bagged pitch 9 with the tree and had a lovely breeze and shade for most of the day. Owners were away on holiday so no-one to meet and greet which was a bit confusing on arrival, so we just pitched up, we'd been before at Easter so knew where everything was :). Lovely walk into Hartington again - there are a couple of lovely little shops selling wonderful pies etc. plus the cheese shop. Hot air balloons going over a couple of days. Love that the site is no camping, no children and has very basic amenities. We've done Spring, now Summer and will be back in the Autumn :)

Non mi è piaciuto House next door exercising dogs in the field next to the site at 7am one day and letting one continually bark it's head off whilst doing so! Too early for noise like that when on holiday. We do appreciate the weather was extremely hot and best to exercise them early when cooler but the barking was a pain especially as we had been enjoying sleeping in till 8am in the days prior. It did only happen once though which is a plus point.

Mi è piaciuto Beautiful views, lovely sunshine, minimalist site - what's not too like :) Christine was lovely on arrival and we knew she was there if needed. Fresh water on tap, elsan point - exactly what is says on the booking site - a no frills site in the Peak District, easy access to the Tissington trail and surrounding area, nice walk to Marchington. Will definitely be going back.

Mi è piaciuto This was our second visit and we had a lovely stay again at Brook Farm. Such a lovely little peaceful site. Stayed for two nights again this time and brought our 3 year old grandson with us for his first stay in the caravan. We all loved it. Will be back in the summer.
