Mi è piaciuto Lovely friendly greeting upon arrival, nice gesture being escorted to the pitch.
Non mi è piaciuto 10:30-12:00 toilet block closed for cleaning would be more logical to attend to the facilities between 12:00-13:00 when all departing guests should have gone and new guests yet to check in
