Mi è piaciuto Beautiful site in a lovely location. The facilities are immaculate and we loved the opportunity to have a dip in the swimming pool in the evening. We were made to feel very welcome and particularly appreciated being able to order fresh croissants and bread for the morning. We're so glad we've booked another night on our way home.

Mi è piaciuto Great site with loads of space - pitches mowed into long grass and you can choose your own. Great for dog walking. You're given a key to your own toilet. Really friendly staff.

Non mi è piaciuto I couldn't get any hot water in the shower despite following the instructions but luckily the weather was warm so I braved the cold water.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely small site with pitches set in marked bays in orchard. Clean and well-maintained toilets and showers. Great touches such as kettle, toaster, washing machine and rotary drier for communal use. Games room. Good value for EHU though we prefer the option to not have it. Lovely walks around and close to site - short walk to coastal path.

Non mi è piaciuto Found our pitch(Bramley) a bit small - no room for our awning. Like the environmental ethos of the site but not keen on shared towels.

Mi è piaciuto Beautiful location with lovely views and fantastic walks from the site through woodland and along the river into Tywyn. Friendly site managers who were really helpful and great communication. Clean toilets and showers and a good number for the size of the site. Excellent value.

Mi è piaciuto Large spacious field where you could pick your own pitch. Friendly staff. Good cafe on site. Good location and great walks around the site. There is a lot of farm and general machinery lying around which we found quirky but could be off-putting to others.

Non mi è piaciuto Quite a walk to the toilets if you're at the top end of the field. Showers are closer and were fine in good weather but would be draughty if it was cold.

Mi è piaciuto Loved our stay at Painters farm. We had a wonderful welcome from Karen and Simon who couldn't have done more (although our dog Fraggle would have happily had more treats!). They have the perfect balance of being friendly but also leaving you to chill out. The location is lovely with great walks from the site and lots of nice places easily accessible by car. The facilities are immaculate and the whole site is well laid out and well-maintained. There is a small shop in reception and you can have a campfire.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely location in forest and able to choose your own place to pitch. Easy walking distance to Marlborough. Great dog walking around site. Good communication from wardens. Great value for non electric pitch.

Non mi è piaciuto Very basic facilities. No showers (which we knew before we arrived) and only small central toilet block which could have been a problem if the site had been busier, particularly as these toilets seemed to also be used by general public visiting the forest.

Mi è piaciuto Great location particularly as stopover when travelling to and from Cornwall. Immaculate facilities. Friendly owners. Dog friendly. Small shop on site and a 5 minute walk to farm shop.

Mi è piaciuto Great value for money only £12 per night or £20 EHU. Friendly and helpful staff on the site and in the pub. Basic but clean toilets and showers and plenty of them. Dog friendly with dog walking area and dogs welcome in the pub/restaurant.

Non mi è piaciuto Thought the £5 per night charge for a dog seemed expensive considering it only cost £12 for our campervan and 2 adults (and our dog didn't use the facilities!)

Mi è piaciuto Great facilities on site. Toilets and showers were immaculate. We tried the restaurant for breakfast and bought pasties from the shop - both were really tasty and good value. Free wifi across the site. Site is well laid out with generous pitches and good roads and paths around. Most have hot tubs but this will have to be a special treat another time for us!

Non mi è piaciuto There is a footpath to the coastal path but it wasn't clear where to go once leaving the site and the coast is some distance away.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely site with incredible views. Fantastic, spotlessly clean toilet and shower block. Really friendly and helpful site managers who advised on local places to visit. Onsite cafe closed but reopening soon. Will definitely go back.
