Mi è piaciuto Great campsite which is well laid out hard standing pitches and an open camping field. Toilets & showers are good and cleaned at least 4 times per day. The welcoming email gave us clear instructions on how to find the site and allocated our pitch prior to arrival. The only reason for the deduction of 1 point was the lack of reception services. It would have been helpful to have had somewhere to get information on places to visit and other useful information. Would I go back? Absolutely, in a heartbeat.

Mi è piaciuto The location is absolutely stunning above the Cardigan Bay coast. This is a large holiday village site with a really well organised Touring section with hardstanding and grass sites. The welcome was very friendly and we had a great pitch. The facilities were open, very clean and Covid19 restrictions were in place. Hot showers and plenty of hot water. From the site we walked into Aberystwyth along the Coastal Path. There are stunning views of the coastline and the mountains from the path. The town of Aberystwyth is really worth a visit, some lovely buildings, a Funicular Railway and good shops and cafes. On our return walk we were treated to a fantastic display by a number of Red Kites soaring above us, gliding then swooping down onto the fields, wow what a treat. Morfa Bychan is probably our favourite site from our trip around Wales. The sunsets were fantastic, we would definitely come back here.

Non mi è piaciuto The access road is really very narrow with some passing places and is over a mile from the main road. Thankfully we did not encounter another large vehicle. Very important you observe the arrival departure times

Mi è piaciuto The site location is a couple of miles outside Fishguard and is within easy access of the town centre either walking or cycling, there is a dedicated footpath. The site is quiet and extremely well run. The welcome from the owner was really friendly. Although we didn't use it there was a restaurant on site that served breakfasts and evening meals. From conversations with other campers the restaurant was very popular and the food very good. The toilets & showers were open with Covid19 restrictions in place. Great shower plenty of hot water and very hot water for shaving. The pitch was hardstanding and level so no need to adjust. From the site we visited the smallest city in theUK - St Davids. There was plenty of parking even for motorhomes. St Davids Cathedral is spectacular and a must see. We also visited Whitesands beach which was beautiful and there was decent parking at £5 per vehicle. Be warned if your in a motorhome the road to the beach is very narrow with passing points which are manageable providing your confident.

Non mi è piaciuto We disliked nothing about this site. I did not really like Fishguard it is a typical ferry town, but do not be put off plenty to see and do.

Mi è piaciuto Friendly welcome and assistance getting the right pitch. The pitch was hardstanding and in the lower section of the Touring Park. As we were in the lower park we were sheltered from the wind and got very warm when the sun came out. The top section of the park is much brighter and more exposed. The toilets & showers were open with a toggle system in place to accommodate Covid19 requirements. The showers were lovely and clean and there was plenty of hot water, very hot water for shaving.

Non mi è piaciuto The site is situated off a very busy road and we had hoped to cycle to see the sites but had to give up due to the heavy and fast moving traffic. This is not a site that you explore from if you are on foot or cycling.

Mi è piaciuto Easy check in process, toilets & showers opened within Covid19 guidelines. There was access to a bus route into either Cheddar or Wells from outside the site which was very convenient.

Non mi è piaciuto Did not like the layout at all. We were at the top of the site with a large mobile home behind us and we were within 6 feet of a caravan with an awning. There was a section of the site which was dedicated to seasonal pitches. This area looked really quite badly overcrowded with caravans of all sizes parked up very close together and no discernible planning to bring some order to the site. On leaving the site there was no motorhome service area to drop our grey waste water, thankfully as we were there for 1 night only there was very little waste so we emptied the tank at the next site.

Mi è piaciuto Really warm welcome on arrival to the site. Beautifully maintained site, all grass areas had been freshly mowed. The pitch was a great size and was fully serviced. We requested info about buses to travel to either Harlech or Porthmadog and we were given timetables and also advice on what to see and do. The toilet & shower facilities were open and fully Covid 19 compliant and the shower was a good pressure and hot. Would I recommend to other tourers, I certainly would. We were blessed with great weather and this whole area is so scenic. For golfers the course at Harlech "Royal St Davids" is a first class Links course

Non mi è piaciuto The bus stop is a quarter a mile from the site along a really quite narrow and busy road which we found quite dangerous. I would recommend using a taxi to get from the site.
