Mi è piaciuto We (2 adults and 2 children) have thurally enjoyed are time here. We had a lovely welcome to the site by the manager and his daughter who showed us round. We did see them every day and were always so helpful. It was really nice as all the children got on so well and loved seeing eachother to play. We loved the rustic back to nature feel of the sight that was tucked away surounded by trees. The long grass between pods and yurts gives plenty of privacy whilst still hsving a lovely communal feel with a central area for cooking, fire and play area with hammocks. We opted to use the bbq, fire pit and seating area next to the yurt. We had plenty of visits from a local cat who was very friendly and the children loved. Its a great family get away in school holidays but could also make a nice couple get away as well. We stayed in one of the yurts which was spacious and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have bedding, blankets and towels available all made up ready. We did take are own towels for beach visits. The yurt is really nicely designed with furnature that has been well thought out for multie use to ensure its not over crowded. There was a heater we didnt use but also hot waterbottles if you felt the chill. There is everything you need but we did take extra icepacks in a named ziplock bag but there were a good amount to go round. There were also plenty of power packs and found them very good and enough for us. The site is solor powered so keep in mind of your wanting to charge quite a few elecrtical items you may struggle. Phone signal is excellent on EE. There are padlocks on the doors so everything is secure when your out and about. The yurts have an outside toilet sink and shower which work amazing with hot water. Its quite the experience but is designed very well with full privacy. We were also offered the use of an inside shower if needed. My partner did use and said it was really nice. The sight location is great for a walk to the beach and a nature reserve walk not far. Very simple to hop on and off the island to the may shops using a car. We like to thank you for having us it was great.
