Mi è piaciuto Ideal for what we wanted. A good adult only campervan site walkable distance from the town. Good new showers and bathroom facilities. Owners friendly and greeted us with lovely carrot cake !

Non mi è piaciuto The campsite is new and work in progress so some areas are yet to be finished. You will need ramps for your camper. The hard standing surfaces on an incline. Not a problem but worth a mention

Mi è piaciuto Everything! I highly recommend a stay at Pebbly Barn. Sparkling new facilities, massive well kept camping field set in beautiful countryside. Dog walks on and off site. Dog park. 40 min walk to Moreton on Marsh. Great helpful owner. You couldn’t ask for more. A hidden gem.

Mi è piaciuto Stayed on a non electric pitch in a VW campervan with awning and with a dog. The pitch had plenty of room for us and didn’t feel crammed in, the grass area was well kept and tidy. The toilets and showers were clean and good enough. The site had a cafe and bar (but we didn’t use it) and a farm shop that sold good bbq food and other essentials Location was great, pebbly beach 2 mins from the site and train station 5 mins walk away for easy and cheap access to Barmouth, Tywyn and Aberdovey. (Kids go free) Relaxed feel around the site and would return.

Non mi è piaciuto On the railway line, trains running early (before 6.30am) in the morning. Although not a major issue could do with a few more toilets/showers. Camping field fairly exposed to adverse weather - was really really windy 2/4 days we were there. Not sure when the cafe was open but nothing before 9am for morning drinks

Mi è piaciuto Space between pitches was great for us and dogs. Showers and toilets were clean and tidy. Pizza offering was great for a late arrival. Breakfast offered too. Location perfect for walks with good pubs in walking distance. Bakewell 10mins drive. Will return.

Mi è piaciuto Relaxed atmosphere about the site. Clean, good facilities. Large pitches. A walk straight off site great for the dog. 10 minute drive to Frejus or Saint Aygulf (which has a dog friendly beach) Little snack bar on site. Owners friendly.

Non mi è piaciuto Got a bit windy at times. Pick a pitch behind a hedge!

Mi è piaciuto Modern spotlessly clean facilities. lovely area, close to the lake for dog walks and the surrounding countryside is beautiful. Owners great and put alot of effort into maintaining standards and providing good service. On river for kayak rental, bike rental from site. Wi-Fi actually worked from camping pitch which is rare. Bakery, coffee shop and pizza restaurant in the village all walkable from site.

Non mi è piaciuto The church bells! Every hour, 24 hours a day with a special rendition at 7am just to make sure you are awake. Seriously if you are not an incredibly heavy sleeper it’s unbearable ….. the campsite is next to the church and the bells DO NOT stop at night. Gets really busy with families and pitches don’t have much privacy. Small site for doggies that must be on a lead due to chickens roaming around.

Mi è piaciuto Large area to choose where to pitch, freedom to pitch where you wanted to. Good clean (new) showers and toilets and laundry. Plugs in toilets for hairdryers nice touch Shop on site, catering van on site. Good access to walks, 5 min drive to large dog friendly beach (newgale). Location great for st David’s and solva for more walks and eats. No excessive rules, relaxed feel. Relaxed Check out times. Helpful, pleasant staff.

Mi è piaciuto Location is good to walk to Manorbier beach and the lovely quiet swanlake bay. Facilities clean and good showers. Although only 4 showers, no queues. Quiet campsite although got busy as the weather was so good. Good for the doggy as can walk straight off the site.

Mi è piaciuto Great sized pitches with a relaxed feel around the site. Best site for travelling with the dog. Walks directly from campsite and lovely big beach 10mins away that allows dogs. Rustic feel to amenities but very clean and good showers! The lady running the site was very helpful giving info about the local area. Good location for getting out and about.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely location of pitches on the lake side. Good sized pitches, plenty of room for camper and awning and doggy to play. Facilities clean and modern. Great location to explore local area. Restaurant area lovely. Didn’t use pool but looked nice. Was very quiet for our stay. Definitely will use again
