Mi è piaciuto Debbie was very laid back about arrival times & putting a group of us (roller derby teammates) together. We had loads of space & paid extra for our own private portaloo. The main shower block, recycling & washing up facilities were a short walk away & clean & tidy & never busy. The campsite was friendly & peaceful & was close to the river where we swam at Umberleigh & played on paddle boards & kayaks (wasn’t deep enough for fins but ok for a play around). We enjoyed being able to have a camp fire each night & enjoy hanging out together. I had electric hookup for my van & it was well priced. I’d stay again, handy being half an hour from home but far enough into the countryside that it felt like a little holiday.

Mi è piaciuto The facilities were clean and plenty of them. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food options on site were really handy as we don’t like to cook. It was close to Cheddar Gorge for a big walk on the Saturday. It was really dog friendly. People next to us played music past 10 but were asked by staff to turn it down and they did. Loads of space for kids to play.

Non mi è piaciuto Just too big for us. We didn’t get a sense of size from the website. Despite the size it wasn’t noisy and there were plenty of facilities. We just don’t like camping at big sites due to the amount of people.

Mi è piaciuto We liked the location, the facilities were clean and the owner was friendly & approachable. The campsite was small & friendly & we were able to buy logs, use the fire pit & have a campfire.

Non mi è piaciuto They need more toilets for the amount of people on the campsite.

Mi è piaciuto This was our first time at Huntstile Organic farm and we weren’t disappointed. Fantastic campsite and clean faculties. Very friendly staff and a great cafe. Lovely walks around the farm and the children absolutely loved helping to feed the animals in the mornings! It has everything you need. An amazing weekend had by us all. We will definitely be back!

Mi è piaciuto We chose to celebrate our Animal Crazy Daughter's 8th Birthday at Huntstile with our friends & their 2 girls & we all had the best time! We think this will be an annual event! On arrival we were met by one of the super friendly owners Lizzie who led us to our pitch. Everything was close by - toilets which were constantly cleaned, showers which were warm & clean, the cafe where we had the best pizza ever on the Friday night & a lovely quiche lunch the next day. Our daughter & her friends loved feeding the animals in the morning & spent most of their time on the trampoline, in the woods or in the meadow watching butterflies & walking our dog. There was loads of space between each pitch & everyone on site was quiet & respectful of one another. The owners could easily remove the wild flower meadow & fit loads more campers in ^ we're so glad they have opted to keep numbers lower & protect the wildlife. We even saw a deer on our morning walk! We couldn't find any faults in this beautiful site. We live in North Devon & our friends travelled from Hereford so it was half way for both of us & we'll be back again I'm sure.
