Mi è piaciuto Clean facilities. Site warden was friendly and helpful. There was plenty of space in a flat well drained field.

Non mi è piaciuto Windows above showers were often open so it got quite cold while showering.

Mi è piaciuto Goats and birds on site. Good amount of space even on a busy weekend. Handy shop, kitchen and bar

Non mi è piaciuto Site was a bit boggy in places. The secondary toilets and washing up area didn’t all work (some lights gone and hot water not over the sinks)

Dal gestore: We had solid rain, and yet no one needed towing out, no mud, but yes the grass was wet. The hot water is for washing not rinsing (otherwise one camper can waste all the water for everyone). Fill your washing bowl with the hot water, right next to the sink. We’ll change the light bulb, thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Mi è piaciuto Everything about this site. Warm welcome, fun games, nice pool, good sized pitch with electrics and water. Wine tasting in the evening was great (though bring cash if you want to buy wine!)

Mi è piaciuto Friendly site with clean facilities. Kids lived the trampoline and bouncy castle.

Non mi è piaciuto Evening noise from the bar. Bathroom and wash area not fully working. No where to get bread in the morning.

Mi è piaciuto Spacious, we’ll maintained site with clean facilities. Helpful staff. Great location with river, forest and towns nearby. The kids loved climbing on the rocks.

Non mi è piaciuto Nothing bad to report. Could do with a extra toilet or two on occasion and perhaps a water tap in each field. Showers aren’t great, but we’re improved Slightly when we were there.

Mi è piaciuto Very well set out site with clean and warm facilities. Pre-arrival info email was excellent, knew exactly which pitch we'd be in before we arrived. Kid's play area is small, but good and safe. Loved the farm shop cafe over the road in the morning! So many things to do and see in the area.

Mi è piaciuto Beautiful scenery with river and old viaduct, surrounded by forest. Very Helpful and friendly staff. Good bar/cafe. Kids enjoyed playing in the river. Site was comfortable and friendly with plenty of grass pitches.

Non mi è piaciuto Playground for kids was a little run down. No hot water for washing up (though we didn’t ask)

Mi è piaciuto Friendly staff speaking many languages. Good selection of pitches. Sandpit, toys, small play area and child size swimming pool all great for the kids. Bread arrived early in time for breakfast. Lovely quiet campsite. Enjoyed our stay

Non mi è piaciuto If I had to be picky, the Washing up facilities were functional but lacked draining/drying area and became cramped when more than 2 groups tried to wash up.

Mi è piaciuto Great facilities, clean and well maintained. Kids enjoyed the trampoline and swimming in the lake. Ordered bread on arrival for the morning. Friendly staff.

Non mi è piaciuto We prefer grass pitches. On a hard pitch we couldn’t put up the awning (it involves tent pegs which wouldn’t go into the hard ground).
