Mi è piaciuto Views were spectacular. Toilets clean. Site was quiet after hours. We only stopped the one night.

Non mi è piaciuto There was no water available for cleaning up as stated in the description. After a day's walking the Cumbria Way the climb up to the site is very steep. We were forewarned by other reviews though.

Dal gestore: Thank you for your feedback - there is a tap on the field with a gravel pad underneath for cleaning up, it is to the left hand side of the top gate towards the top corner, this is however not drinking water which is clearly stated in the site description. Sorry that you didn’t find it or get in touch to find out where it was. I hope you enjoyed your stay other than that.
