Mi è piaciuto Extremely quiet - we virtually had the place to ourselves Very nicely laid out - plenty of space Showers and toilets were clean and well maintained Useful to have a proper wash-up and laundry facility indoors Lots of birds around - we saw a Kingfisher, Tree Sparrows and more

Non mi è piaciuto A bit noisy later on in the evening Toilet/showers were too few for the number of pitches and that's with a lot of pitches unoccupied

Mi è piaciuto Fantastic location. Plenty of choice of pitch. Welcomed and briefed in a friendly and efficient manner. Loos and showers were good and plentiful.

Non mi è piaciuto Recycling provision was not great. Site is quite sloping so some pitches would be a challenge!

Mi è piaciuto Great location, really well equipped (better than some full-size holiday cottages I've stayed in), quiet and peaceful.

Non mi è piaciuto Interior lighting was a bit minimal for activities like cooking WiFi would be good - it's excellent to be off-grid, but we would have appreciated being able to spend the evening doing some research/planning for our next day. Hadn't appreciated it was quite so close to the road (though traffic was very quiet overnight).

Mi è piaciuto We only stayed one night, as we were on a road trip and passing through the Somerset Levels. But everything was great - excellent communication beside we arrived - a warm welcome and a thorough 'get to know the site' from Karl on arrival - nice, quiet pitch - excellent showers/loos - all very clean and orderly. All coupled with a fantastic location.

Non mi è piaciuto This didn't pose a problem for us, but we did wonder whether only 2 toilet/ shower units might not be sufficient if the site was busy?
