Mi è piaciuto Nice site, lovely pub and right next to the river Trent, which the kids loved as tried a little fishing. Ladies toilets and showers were nice and clean.

Non mi è piaciuto The pub only serves food Thursday - Sunday, and on non food days opens at 3pm. Would have been nice to have a few snack options, even if just pre packed sandwiches/ sausage rolls or something to take away. Though I didn’t see the gents toilets and showers, my sons said they weren’t nice and downright refused to shower in there. The children loved the play areas, though they are in need of serious update, the handle to the steps on the tree house/ slide is fastened on with tie wraps!

Mi è piaciuto Beautiful site with great, clean facilities. The owner is so lovely, he was taking children around on tractor rides and even came round in the morning and gave us some fresh eggs for free! Thank you so much for a fantastic stay! No wifi so that’s the only reason for 1 star - but to switch off from the world was perfect!
