Mi è piaciuto Very family orientated site Toilets / showeres was always clean .cleaned 3 times per day . Pitches spacious for campervan

Non mi è piaciuto The pitch that was allocated for our stay was taken by another campervan .when I complained at the check in area the reply I got was take any pitch that is free .really pointless to be allocated a pitch number As a middle aged couple with no children this site was not for us .but severed its purpose as we was meeting family in Northampton

Dal gestore: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m really pleased to hear you found the park very family orientated, the toilet and shower facilities clean, and the pitches spacious for your campervan. I’m sorry that your allocated pitch was already occupied when you arrived. I completely understand your frustration, as you had been given a specific pitch number and would reasonably expect that pitch to be available for you. I appreciate that, as a middle-aged couple without children, you found the park very busy during the peak season. Our summer holidays are our busiest periods, with lots of families visiting to enjoy the entertainment, activities and facilities. If you prefer a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere, I would recommend visiting us outside of the peak season, when the park has a much slower pace and is generally less busy. I’m glad the park served its purpose while you were visiting family in Northampton, and thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback. It’s in our nature to listen, learn and do better.

Dal gestore: Thank you for your lovely review, Royce. We are really pleased to hear you had an enjoyable 4 day stay with us and found the site well established, with good amenities. It is great to know the location worked well for Cleveland Way walks, and that check in was quick and easy with helpful reception staff. Thank you for recommending us, and we hope to welcome you back to Crows Nest again soon.
