Mi è piaciuto We loved our stay at Coast & Castles - me and my 6 year old son stayed in one of the Bell Tents and he had the best time. Self check in was super easy. The site is small and feels safe, I wasn't worried about popping to the loo and leaving him in the tent by himself. My son enjoyed the playground and I enjoyed having a pint from the bar and being able to sit and watch him - he got a bit of freedom and I got to relax. The way the bars/street food tables were set up was lovely and the fairy lights gave it a festival vibe. The bell tent was well equipped with a gas stove/kettle and crockery etc. It was clean and tidy and a little bit more luxurious than we are used to on our normal camping trips. There was a good space outside too but bring some flip flops or similar coz the gravel makes it hard to walk outside in bare feet. Toilets were fine - dark at times so a torch is useful. I was initially a bit wary of the shower , it looks like it might be cold but it was bloody wonderful after a day at the beach. Perfect temperature and high pressure. Lots of wildlife on site - there was a hare lurking by our tent in the mornings, a swallows nest over one of the loos and a ruckus of wood pigeons.

Non mi è piaciuto Wasps. (Although there was a sign warning of wasps nest and they got someone out to deal with it during our stay) If you are near the main road, there does seem to be a lot of noisy trucks go by about 6.30am.
