Basic place to stay in nice area but overpriced and disappointing

Mi è piaciuto Clean toilets, convenient location for a stop travelling North from ferry port
Non mi è piaciuto Hugely overpriced for what it was- car park next to several unsightly shipping containers and piles of wood. Would have been happy to pay £10.
