Mi è piaciuto Location (our second plot after the original one had been taken) had beautiful views! Clean toilets and shower Nice man on arrival and a man named Luke who helped us back into a spot!

Non mi è piaciuto Electric was so poor this time. Not sure what was going on? We brought our 3 and 4 year olds and with the weather so cold with the electricity going on and off we was worried about our heating to keep them warm. We also couldn’t eat food until gone 9pm both evenings and our fridge went off also which meant some items had to be thrown away. We rang the on site telephone number on the Friday evening to ask for help however all we could hear was people shouting in the pub and after the third time of calling I was told “everyone else’s is on now” and “it’s just a case of waiting”. As you can imagine this wasn’t helpful in the slightest and infact annoyed me even more to know everyone else’s was on. On the Saturday we moved pitches but the electricity continued to go down. When it went down for the 4th time I called however someone spoke to me and was helpful. Was disappointed that the 45mins sat waiting for electricity to come back on could have been avoided if we had just called up sooner as we was told this time all that needed to happen was “a switch needed to be flicked” from the pub. We have been before and loved it so much so we potentially would come again to see if it was a “one off” but wouldn’t recommend a friend after this occasion.

Secondly on the Disliked feed back we can only apologise and the issue was out of our control , We are in a Rural setting and at some times ( Very Rarely) High demand on the Site system can cause these issues to happen. Has far as i am aware it tripped x3 Times and was reset very quickly . On x1 of of those occasions you spoke to me directly and i did it as we spoke. All caravans/Motorhomes have x3 Sources of power , - 240Volt - 12 Volt - Gas So most people just CHANGE OVER AS NEEDED TO THE OPTION AVAILABLE . Not sure if your Unit has this but most do . Regardless of that we can only apologies. This is a very Rare occurrence on our site , Our reviews and Rating reflect this. Best regards Charlies CampSite
