Mi è piaciuto A lovely little corner of a field backing onto woodland. Very quiet and beautiful views. Lovely walks including a mile or so to excellent village pub. Be aware that access on grass uphill could be problematic in wet weather. Area for fire available but we didn't use it.

Non mi è piaciuto Did feel it was a little expensive for the use of a tap and the corner of a field. Weak phone signal.

Mi è piaciuto Great location with an easy walk down to the pub. Lovely walks into the forest. Nice having the animals around on site.... Lovely for children. Nice and quiet at night no road noise.

Non mi è piaciuto Showers blocks were dirty and didn't appear to be attended during our stay. Site looks a bit sad and unkempt.... Maybe it's end of season blues.

Sorry you found the shower blocks to be not as clean as we would like them to be. We do clean them every day but especially in bad weather they can get dirty again quite quickly. Mi è piaciuto We had a nice friendly welcome. The pitches are level. It's an easy walk to the beach, small shop and beach cafes. It's about a 1 hour walk to Hunstanton. Quiet night.

Non mi è piaciuto The site is scruffy. I know the owner keeps saying it's back to basics but I can't see how random building material, gas cylinders and weed overgrown planters can be justified as back to basics. The whole place just needs a good tidy up. The walk to the showers is unfinished and very scruffy...... A few bags of gravel would tidy the place up. I hesitate to use the water fill up.... Given there's no tap on chemical waste disposal point (which was blocked when we were there) I wonder if the water fill up points may be used for loo cleaning. The site is situated in a pretty down beat area of static caravan parks. The beach is scruffy and I understand won a bad water quality award recently. All in all it was one of the poorest sites we've stayed at for a long time. Shame because it has potential.

Mi è piaciuto Absolutely excellent site. Warm and well organised welcome and given a choice of pitches. Hard stand was good and all facilities were of the highest standard. For the price it was excellent value.

Non mi è piaciuto Nothing really. You're not near the wonderful beaches but they're within easy driving distance.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely small site on a working farm. A very friendly welcome and was guided onto our pitch so we avoided the soft ground. Very quiet. Excellent grey water and black water drops. Would definitely stay again. Loved the fairy lights at night.

Mi è piaciuto Nice flat all weather pitches with grass to the side of them. Nice views and able to watch sunset. Also spotted Red Kite. Nice easy walk to Stockbridge and a good walk to Iron Age fort. Very relaxed site. Plenty of water taps. We didn’t use loos or kitchen but they looked fine.

Non mi è piaciuto If you like silence then be aware there is a road that is quite busy next to the site. Certainly pitch at the top of the field. Quite a lot of shooting nearby too. CDP is a rather smelly plastic tank. But overall nice and relaxed. We had a nice stay.

Mi è piaciuto Nice level pitches in the campervan field. Very friendly and relaxed welcome. Showers, loos excellent. Good washing up sink. CDP was fine. Good mobile signal. Loved watching the horses from our pitch in the evening. Ten minute easy walk to the river where we spent a delightful afternoon canoeing on the most beautiful stretch of river. Close to village for pubs and local shop.

Non mi è piaciuto Some have mentioned road noise. True, there is a road next to the site. It doesn’t detract from the camping experience at all and is quiet at night and on the flip side it means access is easy.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely site. An excellent location with fantastic walks from the site. Beautiful situation in the hills and next to a bubbling stream to cool off the feet after a long walk. Very quiet. John is a really friendly guy who works so hard to make this site beautiful. Suitable for camping, campervans, small motor homes and caravans.

Mi è piaciuto Really lovely site ...rural, quiet but well located for this wonderful region. We only stayed the night and were on the idyllic hard stands next to the pond. The kids tried swimming in the pond and we spent a happy evening just pottering around the site. We didnt use the sauna...but it looked fantastic. Showers were good. All facilities were good. Owner was friendly and helpful. We absolutely recommend this site.

Mi è piaciuto A lovely site tucked away in the Suffolk countryside but close to coast. The pitches are around the edge of a small meadow and we’ll spaced out. There’s a lovely little kitchen with a kettle and complementary tea and coffee. Facilities are basic and rustic but lovely. Kids found rope swings and trampolines and games just great. Logs and fire pits just great. Owners were super helpful and lovely. It’s a green site so only use bio toilet fluid if you want to use toilet waste drop. It’s a must for return.

Non mi è piaciuto Nothing……well, if the owner could maybe arrange better weather we’d be pleased next time. Maybe not suitable for very large motor homes.

Mi è piaciuto A very good site with excellent amenities for motorhomes. Good water/waste, electricity and sanitation. ( Infact probably some of the best thought out we have seen in UK) Level hard stands. Lovely views across fields from the rear of the site. The private gardens that you have the use of are beautiful and there are lovely benches etc for sitting and relaxing. Owner was friendly and helpful. We wish there were many more sites like this in UK.

Non mi è piaciuto Do not let these comments distract form the overall 5 out of 5 we have given this site. There is road noise and the road itself is very busy so you have to be pretty nimble to cross it to get to footpaths down to the coast. The pitches are quite tight BUT it is explained that this is not a long term holiday site where everyone lives outside in awnings etc. It is much more like a French Aire. If you're looking for alot of outside space near your van then you may be dissapointed. If you want somewhere pleasant to park up for a day or so, then this is ideal.

Mi è piaciuto The pitches are level and there is good hard standing. nice walk direct from site to Congleton across golf course and then a lovely walk along canal. Really friendly and informative owner. Fresh Water, Grey Waste and Loo Waste all well organised and very clean. We felt that this site is mofelled very much on a French Aire...it had that feel about it. Easy, Convenient and good for a night or two but not first choice for a long stay ( but I dont think thats the owners intention) We wish there were more like this across UK. We understand that its walking distance to golf club for food/drinks but we didnt make it there ourselves.

Non mi è piaciuto OK...the trains. My wife has a dislike of train noise. Actually even she agreed that they diidnt bother her much at all. Maybe one or two and hour and past in seconds. None at night and very little on Sunday. Personally it didnt bother us. Other than mentioning that, we have no negaitive comments and we appreciate the hard work put in by the owner to make this a good stop-over for us.

Mi è piaciuto What a lovely site. Beautiful views ...can even see steam train in distance. Good size pitches, level hard stands. Sheep, cattle and donkeys in field next to us. Lots of space. Pub 2 mins away. Friendly owner. Good walking and bird watching. We loved it here.

Non mi è piaciuto Donkeys wake up early 😀.....they are beautiful. One thing to note. If you're a motorhomer the fresh water fill up is a 3/4 fittling. It caused us a few issues and we did mention to site owner it may be worth changing taps to domestic fittings.........that being said.....the place is still perfect.
