Mi è piaciuto This was a lovely little campsite. Despite the initial reservation about the pitch, slightly awkward shape with trees it turned out to be great and provide some much needed shade on the day. The swimming pool was lovely, great temperature 30deg each day. We never had issues getting a sunbed/chair. There are a couple of slides which the children loved and a little splash pool for younger children. The pool was open from 9-8 each day. The campsite provided a range of evening entertainment from bingo to cabaret acts. On a Friday night there is a pool party with inflatables and music, this was a lot of fun. The onsite restaurant served a variety of meals and the couple of occasions we ate there it was excellent. Prices were also very reasonable, which considering to eat out elsewhere was a short drive away this was a real suprise. Pastries and baguettes were able to order the night before the following morning. Washing machine facilities were also available and very reasonably priced. €5 for washing and €4 for tumble dryer. The small village of Boisseron was a short 10-15 min walk The town of Sommiéres was 2.5km easily walkable but of driving plenty of free parking. This was also a great location for exploring the Herault/Gard region. With some absolute gems just an hours drive including Grotte De Clamouse, Pont De Diable - swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding. Plenting of cycling options on the local area too.

Non mi è piaciuto The shower block despite being cleaned daily were often very dirty, especially the floors. The tiles often quite grimy also. Be advised English speaking is limited so some basic grasp is useful but did not impact us in anyway. Some of the pitches are a bit awkward in shape so be mindful of taking a large tent or caravan.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely spacious pitches each with their own picnic bench. Showers and toilets were spotlessly clean and tidy. Option to hire fire pit for the stay was a great addition (pit with logs for our stay £12). It's great that cars are parked off the pitches in a separate car park. A really lovely little campsite and would definitely go back.

Mi è piaciuto A great campsite in a great location. Friendly reception staff with good English. Nice hot showers with good water pressure. Bathroom facilities were clean. Good sized pitch with good shade cover which was great as was quite hot for our trip! The swimming pools were good. A covered heated pool (29degrees most days) outdoor heated pool (29 degrees most days) 2 slides ( plunge pools off these were cold! ) 2 covered jacuzzi pools for adults only. Well maintained, clean and warm. Kids had a great time there. The pool complex felt a little bare. No plants or greenery. Rules were strictly enforced. No picnics, music, ball games The little shop selling basics and pastries was lovely. The lady working in there always spoke and had time for a little chat. The pastries were lovely and often warm! Tasty pizzas from the little snack bar and these were reasonably priced. Lots of disabled facilities - toilets, showers and ramp access (not that we needed them but good to see). Several trampolines, play park and bouncy castles which our youngest loved. Free WiFi, connection was a bit hit and miss but again did not affect our stay. Good laundry facilities and reasonably priced at €6.50 per machine. Quick washes and drying - helpful with a family!

Non mi è piaciuto The last two nights of our stay the campsite became quite noisy from children shouting and screaming and slamming bathroom doors after 11. I belive the site asked for quite atter 11. It's a shame this is not monitored more. Would prefer someone keeping an eye on that rather than the pool monitor checking for correct swim trunks and wristbands! Cars also moving around on the site late at night. This happened on several occasions. Also the shower blocks had roller doors which were shut down around midnight each night. They were then lifted again anywhere from 0300 onward and this was not done quietly as a light sleeper it woke me every night.
