Mi è piaciuto Close to the M5. Lovely shower/toilet block. Well kept site. Secure. Nice to have the pub there so we were able to get a meal without having to go too far after our journey. Lovely welcome.

Non mi è piaciuto We were on a grass pitch so we’re away from the min toilet block. There were 2 toilet close by but although very clean were a little claustrophobic for me. This is just a minor dislike.

Mi è piaciuto Spacious pitches and level pitches.Clean and well kept facilities. Lovely welcome from the owners on arrival. Bus stop close to site and a walk trail just across the road to go into Hornsea. The ladies toilets and shower room has some lovely personal touches with hand cream etc

Mi è piaciuto We got a lovely welcome from the owner when we got there. As it wasn’t too busy due to being March we were able to choose our pitch. It’s a lovely new site, quite open but that’s good because wherever you are you can get a sea view. Facilities nice and clean. Bus stop within a 5 minute walk to take you to Hornsea or Withensea.

Mi è piaciuto Easy to get to from the M5 Very nice friendly welcome. Well kept site, good sized pitches with water and electric. A large open grass area in front of the pitches great for children to play or for older people like ourselves to just sit and enjoy the country views. We only stayed one night as we were en route to Cornwall but we would definitely go back again. Can’t comment on the facilities as we used our own but they have recently added a new toilet block and from what we could see it looked very clean and well kept.

Non mi è piaciuto You do get the planes overhead coming into Bristol airport but it wasn’t something that bothered us. To be honest you could hear the sheep and cows that were in nearby fields as much. No complaints about either from us as we live in the country and are used to it but again just making people aware.

Mi è piaciuto This is a lovely well kept site. Alison and Martin made us feel welcome from the moment we got there. We had a problem with our whale water pump and Martin was a great help. We had a hard standing serviced pitch. It was the first time we had used one of these and it worked very well. There is a road that is quite busy during the day but is very quiet into the evening and at night which is a must for us. It didn’t bother us at all. We were still able to enjoy the adult only site. We will be going back as it’s close to the coast and the North Yorkshire Moors not to mention the beautiful village of Thornton le Dale just 4 miles away. Although we didn’t use the facilities on site they were very well kept and were cleaned every day.

Mi è piaciuto What a fantastic site. The welcome from Yvonne was lovely. She showed us to our pitch and to the shower/ toilet block, which I have to say was the best I have seen, (underfloor heating) explained where all the other facilities were too. As we arrived early evening and it was blowing a gale we just wanted to get sited and in for a cuppa. It’s a quiet site which is exactly what we wanted. Great place to stay for walkers or non walkers alike. The Manifold Inn is only a short walk or car journey away and they serve fantastic meals. We will be going back there, thank you Yvonne and Paul, you keep a beautifully clean and well presented site.

Mi è piaciuto How friendly the owners were. Thank you Lesley. How peaceful it was. How close the pub was for excellent food(not big drinkers) Also the bus stop for going into York was just near the pub so we used that instead of driving into York. Loved it so much we are going back hopefully in the near future.

Non mi è piaciuto Not really a dislike we were concerned that it had rained heavily and going into the field looked a little muddy but it was fine no problem. Couldn’t of been as we are going back.

Mi è piaciuto The size of the pitches were good. We had wanted it in the adults only area but non were available but the pitch we had No. 44 was actually very quiet anyway, maybe down to the time of year. Good facilities.

Non mi è piaciuto Disapointed at the cost of the wifi, £5 per day per device. We have even to other sites around the country and had no charge. Not that we use it a lot.

Mi è piaciuto It is a lovely well kept and clean site. The toilets and showers we cleaned daily. The ladies toilets had a lovely touch of hand cream etc. The grass was cut regularly. Plenty of room between pitches. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Its close to Burnham on sea, Asda is a 5 minute drive and there is an excellent fish and chip shop close to Lidl. Also there is a speed way track close by too. We went and it was a great experience.

Non mi è piaciuto It's not so much a dislike but the site is on a busy road (during the day) We live down a quiet country lane and have very little noise but it didn't bother us too much at all.
