Mi è piaciuto Pitch was good and reception staff were polite.
Non mi è piaciuto Have staff in restaurant that can at least speak a little English . Very rude and unhelpful. Menu was in Spanish only . Considering the site caters for many nationalities. Toilet facilities felt frightening at night as not much lighting leading up to them.

Awful welcome
set 2026 Mi è piaciuto Reception staff very helpful , professional and polite.
Non mi è piaciuto Restaurant staff rude , arrogant and unhelpful. Menu only in Spanish , staff had no understanding of English . Made to feel unwelcomed . This is so hard to believe as the number of British guests onsite. Luckily only stayed for a night.
