Mi è piaciuto Nice big open field. Very quiet. Good location for access to local towns. Animals in their fields was lovely to see. Owner was friendly and happy for you to meet animals (especially the two goats!).

Non mi è piaciuto Shower/toilet block was sub standard. Only 1 washing up sink within the same block. Bins in the same room. I commend the DIY project but it’s not really enough for a paying campsite. Usually a separate toilet and utilities area is a standard so maybe an improvement for next season.

Mi è piaciuto Location was perfect for Newquay and surrounding areas. Great farm shop on site. Fire pits and bbq allowed. Lots of space and all campers were considerate. We chose to camp next to the airport runway (it is not a busy airport, only a handful of flights a day at reasonable times). The children absolutely loved watching the planes take off and land.

Mi è piaciuto Pitch size was brilliant, there is so much room for children to play. The grounds are beautiful, great swimming pool and games facilities. Clean showers and toilets and plenty of them. The best part though was the location, so many beaches and villages within a 20 minute radius. We were spoilt for choice and very sad to leave. Will definitely be returning.

Mi è piaciuto Location, views, clean facilities, brilliant staff. The site was nice and quiet (apart from one night but this was one group of people). Lots of farm animals in the fields adjacent. Great little park, staff are really friendly and helpful. Super clean facilities and not a queue for the showers (surprising as there aren’t many?!). Great location for exploring the national park, has a ‘Tor’ just off of the site. The shop also offers a cooked bread and croissant service for breakfast which is a nice touch

Non mi è piaciuto Pitch size for electric hook ups are small. Admittedly we do have a 6 man tent however that’s standard I think for most families. After the tent was up the children has no room to play which was a shame. On our third day the pitch next to us was free so they could play there however that was just luck really. I was away of another field without alerting hookups that has bigger pitches. Maybe they’d consider adding electric to those?

Mi è piaciuto Great facilities, very clean site. Feels safe for the children to run around and although there are lots of children the noise is kept to a minimum especially at night. Swimming pool timed slots work well and the pool was warm. Children enjoyed the farm. Great location to explore that side of Cornwall.

Non mi è piaciuto Nothing! Only things that would make the site even better would be more petting times for the animals and a section of simple fishing tackle in the shop (we fished last year but forgot some bits this year and couldn’t find a local shop to buy from).

Mi è piaciuto Very clean site including toilets and showers. Stayed in the bottom field and the kids had so much room to run around. Great pool, warm and again very clean. Lovely staff and site in a very good position for exploring Devon

Non mi è piaciuto Only things that niggled us slightly (but not enough to put us off) was that the shop closes very early which also means if you need staff you can't find them. There was a group who had very loud music playing one night which didn't bother us until it got to around 12 and we felt like it was unfair on all those with children. Fortunately it didn't happen again

Totally agree it is thoughtless loud music we do have an 11 pm quite please but sadly people come away and leave their manners behind sometimes. The shop stayed open from 8am till 8pm over the bank holiday weekend sorry if you missed us. Hope it didn't spoil it too much. Best regards Clare.

Mi è piaciuto Location is spot on. So close to cheddar village and gorge. Site is Clean with plenty of toilets and showers. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Non mi è piaciuto Our first night was very noisy which meant our children were equally as noisy being up all night. We were also awoken by a quad at 5am so again had no sleep. Second night was better and we got some sleep but late arrivals meant the quads were going about again (I understand this cannot be helped but need to give an honest review) Our pitch was right next to the access road through the site so kids couldn't run around at all near our pitch. There was other space that we could walk to but defeats the point. . No other touring pitches to move to so didn't ask. Would recommend hard standing touring pitches For those without kids.

Mi è piaciuto Campsite was lovely and clean. Very spacious well kept pitches and friendly staff. Shower/toilet blocks were modern and clean and our children loved the park. It's a traditional quiet site, no entertainment or club house which is exactly what we wanted :)

Non mi è piaciuto Could do with a small onsite shop (maybe just basics like milk and bread). Could hear the dual carriageway at times but this didn't bother us at all
