Mi è piaciuto We liked the open space and the freedom to choose where you want to pitch. (Grass pitches with no hook up). Plenty of large fields to choose from, no problem getting away from the crowd and into the more natural areas of the park.

Non mi è piaciuto There's only one toilet block, it can be a trek if you're parked along way from it. The toilet facilities are ok but looking a little tired.

There are 2 toilet and shower blocks which are next to each other rather than a distance apart and can be a long walk from the further away fields. For those who have their own facilities or bring a toilet tent the distance is not a problem. We look forward to welcoming you again.

Mi è piaciuto This is a small site - I think you could probably fit in 5 or 6 pitches at most. Facilities are limited to one shower/toilet room over in the farm entrance (just a few meters across a tiny lane outside the camping field entrance) and a basic portaloo in the main field. There is also a fresh water tap. The field is gently sloping, so if you're in a camper van you'll need some ramps. We really enjoyed our stay - we loved the peaceful location and proximity of the pub!

Mi è piaciuto Staying in our VW camper, we booked into the adults only section of the park, our pitch was on grass and had an electric hook up. Really nice shower and toilet facilities, in fact the best we've seen on any campsite. The staff were very friendly and helpful, when we checked in Glyn showed us right to our pitch and gave good advice on where to position our vehicle to make the most of the evening sun! We didn't use the communal kitchen facilities but if you need to there is free access to microwaves, freezer and washing up sinks. Piping hot water all day long! BBQ's are allowed although they must be positioned off the ground - Glyn will provide some bricks if needed. Would recommend this site to anyone without hesitation.
