Mi è piaciuto We loved it here. Im so glad we found this place, as it was perfect for the children. It was simple, beautiful small relaxing quiet campsite.The staff were super amazing and very down to earth. I actually loved the outdoor toilet in the campsite. We had an amazing view of nature, and lots of birds singing in the morning. The shower in the court was great. Very clean and I loved the old building. One of the staff was so nice to us - that he let use there refrigerator to keep some of our food cool. There were 2 mini huts, which was perfect for cooking. And the best part was we were able to have a fire, as most campsites don't let you have one but Monkton wyld was a great place to camp if you don't want a busy, noisy, commercialised campsites - this is the place to go. We will definitely be coming back again. My children loved the climbing part in the shady trees, and just a simple old school swing and enough space to play ball kept them very happy. They also loved the chickens and the dogs.
