Mi è piaciuto Pick your own pitch. Lovely and peaceful site. Surrounded by beautiful countryside. No light pollution at night. Facilities are clean. Fire pits were allowed when I went. My absolute most favourite campsite in Purbeck.

Non mi è piaciuto Wifi where I pitched was a bit poor. But it did me a favour and kept me off my phone!

Mi è piaciuto The peace and quiet. Pitch where you want. Great facilities. Nice snack shack for when you don't want to cook. This was my 1st time camping solo with my dog and I felt safe here. Great location for so many attractions

Mi è piaciuto Relaxed peaceful campsite in a beautiful part of England. We were greeted by Ingrid who was most welcoming and attentive. Right next to the mere and miles of walks and cycle routes to explore. The facilities were spotless and showers were hot and free. I believe there was only 1 toilet in the gents (forgive me if I'm wrong) but it didn't pose a problem. The wildlife was great to see and in the morning the dawn chorus was incredible (bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper). 1st of many visits I hope!

Mi è piaciuto Suited our needs perfectly for a cheap get away. Basic but clean facilities. No frills, no fuss, relaxed site. Loved the ready made fire pit on our pitch. Great recycling facilities. Walk into Much Wenlock along the bridal path was nice. We had trouble getting a taxi back something to bear in mind. Great location for walking and cycling.

Non mi è piaciuto We pitched at the bottom of the field next to the road (Our choice so not a complaint) the road noise could be a problem for some if you are in a tent. Just worth noting.

Mi è piaciuto Campfires allowed (note you cannot use wood). Really spacious pitches. Great facilities. Peace and quiet. Location, easy to get to the New Forest and the Poole/Bournemouth beaches. Friendly staff. Very relaxing just what we needed.

Mi è piaciuto Campfires allowed which was really nice to cook and toast marshmellows over. The main toilet block was much better than the Porto loo ones. For genuine family campers it looked like a great place to get together with friends and the children ran free all over the campsite.

Non mi è piaciuto Extremely noisy until 2am to 3am. Large group playing music loud. Swearing and shouting i was too intimidated to complain to the group concerned. Unfortunately if this is the level of inconsiderate campers that go here i wont be risking it again.....notice that when this group left they also left a lot of rubbish. Just rude and unacceptable for the owners to clear up after them or the next campers. Possibly just unlucky but not great if you value a relaxing weekend away.

Mi è piaciuto Relaxed atmosphere and peaceful. The only noise came from the farm animals and the resident peacock. We parked at the top of the field which provided a great view of the sunset. Facilities are basic but clean. Loved seeing the kids helping Ted feed the lambs, I was a bit jealous!

Mi è piaciuto Stunning gem! Lovely site with great views. Facilities were clean and seemed to be enough toilets and showers. I never had to wait. Chimneas/fire pits were allowed owner provided a slab and bricks to protect the grass......the grass was lush and better than carpet! Peaceful site, most noise was from the dawn chorus perhaps the odd rumble from the road when the birds were in bed but nothing to complain about.

Mi è piaciuto Relaxed atmosphere, we were able to select our own pitch. Nice to have a choice. Location, we had gone to cycle and the site is in easy reach of the Newent Loop which is fantastic. Fire pits allowed we took our own but noticed there were drums dotted around the site. Great value for money for a site with clean facilities. The darkness, great for star gazing at night. I liked not having a signal...not everyone's cup of tea but I like being off the radar for a couple of days.

Non mi è piaciuto If there was anything that could be improved it would be the chemical toilet disposal area.

Mi è piaciuto It had a really relaxed atmosphere. Pick your own pitch. Help on hand from the owners (our EHU wasn't long enough and our levellers didn't quite level for us). Fire pits allowed (for hire or bring your own). Very peaceful site and immaculate facilities, including use of a fridge/freezer. I loved the lack of signal and how unregimented it was on site.

Non mi è piaciuto Only thing I didn't like was the pub that was round the corner was closed but the campsite was so nice it wasn't a problem. I initially thought more showers and toilets might be required BUT I NEVER had to wait in the 3 nights we were there over Easter
