Mi è piaciuto Lovely camp site with plenty of showers and loos, lots of space per pitch, and in a brilliant spot too within walking distance of the beach and with views of the mountains.

Mi è piaciuto There was lots of space between the two fields, so each pitch was very large despite the site being fully booked when we stayed. The facilities were kept very clean and well stocked with toilet roll and soap, and we experienced no long wait times to have a shower. But the best part of all was the views - absolutely stunning views of Blencathra and other Lake District fells. What a gorgeous spot!

Non mi è piaciuto All very well explained on the information page any way, but just to note that both fields are on slopes, so best to bring levellers if sleeping in a van. As the site is close to the main road, you can hear passing cars, but nothing dramatic at all once in the tent/ van.
