Non mi è piaciuto Everything else. We booked lake view but the bushes and grass was all over grown so we couldn’t see anything. There was rats everywhere even dead ones on the kids park. Fire alarm was out of date in the caravan. The caravan was not cleaned. There was dirt everywhere. We booked 3 nights but we left after one night and tried to give back keys and couldn’t as there was no staff. The office was always closed. It wasn’t really a holiday destination, it was a place people lived which was obvious. We emailed after we left asking for a refund to be told that we was wrong and the owner did clean the caravan and if we didn’t like the rats that’s our problem. We took photos and are still trying to get a refund but i don’t think the owner cares. The pool had a very dirty cover over it so even if it was open, I wouldn’t have used it.
