Mi è piaciuto We are new this year to owning a campervan and have so far only visited 6 campsites, however we were most impressed with the facilities and the layout of this campsite. It is beautifully situated near both Lynton and Lynmouth and the site is well kept and maintained. Staff are friendly and the toilets/showers are kept well stocked and lovely and clean. We are both capable walkers and although the walks to The Valley of the Rocks and Watersmeet are challenging we thoroughly enjoyed them, but I would not recommend them for people who are only occasional walkers! We have already booked in another stay next year:)

Non mi è piaciuto The only thing my husband said was that when he wanted to have a shower around tea-time the water was cold in the showers.

Mi è piaciuto The campsite is larger than those we have used before. The beach was accessible by a 10/15 minute walk and the town of Tenby was a 2/3 mile bike ride away. There is a bus stop just outside the campsite but we could do everything we wanted either on foot or using our bikes. Good location for beach access and visiting Tenby.

Non mi è piaciuto The toilet and shower rooms. On our field we had access to 4 toilets and 4showers. As the shower is in the same room as the toilet this impacts on accessibility. I recommend that you take your own toilet paper when you visit the loo as, more often than not, there was no toilet paper available. 2 of the 4 showers had no way to adjust the temperature which was extremely hot to the point of being almost unbearable. Drainage on all 4 showers is very poor with the water just spreading across the floor rather than disappearing down the drain. There was a main road the other side of the hedge where we were parked but this didn't really bother us.

Mi è piaciuto Gorgeous location:) Lovely small, quiet campsite within easy walking distance of the coastal walks, beaches and St David's city. Amenities are dated but well maintained and clean. We will certainly be using this campsite again as, of the 3 we visited in Pembrokeshire, this was by far the best for us.

Non mi è piaciuto Just to say that, when visiting the toilets, it might be safer to take your own loo roll with you as sometimes the toilet paper dispensers were depleted.

Mi è piaciuto Very clean , well kept campsite. The host is very friendly and takes time to check in on the campers. Although there is a bus stop just outside the campsite we just used our bikes to get around. You can easily access the town of Cardigan this way, but the beaches are more challenging to reach due to the varying hills along the way. This might be challenging for the older camper.

Non mi è piaciuto The only things to consider are that there are only 2 toilets and 2 showers in each of the male and female blocks and, although clean, it would be advisable to take your own loo roll when you visit the loo as sometimes there was no toilet paper in the dispensers. The shower temperature was also inconsistent. Out of the 3 showers I had whilst there, two were at a comfortable temperature but the other was distinctly on the cold side.
