Mi è piaciuto Lovely site, good food, friendly staff and people. We only stayed one night as a stopover from the highlands. The pitches were great with plenty of space.

Non mi è piaciuto Lack of toilets and showers. What were there, were a long way from our pitch. Electricity is loaded onto a card. Not very convenient for us. We ran out of electricity on the morning we were leaving. I went to reception to top up the card, but reception was closed. We left and had to bring the card with us. There was no point hanging around as we couldn’t make a drink or anything to eat.

Mi è piaciuto Beautiful site, very clean and well maintained. Ideal for quiet break as it is surrounded by woods. Wonderfull walks and great location for Hexham and other nearby towns and villages. Shop on site for essentials. Pub on site which is good for food and drinks. Dogs not allowed inside, but that’s fine, if the weather is good. Secure and peaceful, would go again.
