Mi è piaciuto First impressions were good. We liked the bar, we only had drinks but it was very reasonably priced. The location was great and we walked into Burgos which took about an hour. It was a nice walk along the riverside.

Non mi è piaciuto The shower blocks, from the outside they looked ok, but inside, they were dated, did not seem like they had been cleaned. Clumps of hair were found in the female showers. Shower tiles were broken and you had to hold the shower head in most of the showers. The pool wasn't great, it was cold and shallow. Only a handful of sunbeds were available on the grass outside the pool area. Singal was not good and only found password for the onsite WiFi when handing in car sticker to reception when we left. This was not very well advertised.

Mi è piaciuto Good location. There was a swimming pool although we did not use it. The pitch was a bit small and uneven in the orchard, but they were accommodating and gave us an extension lead for the electric. The little village was lovely but need to book in order to eat in the restaurants.

Non mi è piaciuto You weren't allowed to have a bbq at your pitch as there were designated areas by the tents. The toilets and showers were basically converted metal ship containers, very basic. Disliked the fact that there were only 2 showers each for the men and women. The showers were only separated by shower curtains, not very private.

Dal gestore: In defence of our site we would like to respond as follows: The BBQ situation - clearly there has been a misunderstanding with regard to the BBQ situation. BBQ's are allowed on the caravan pitches but not on the ground.Usually motorhomes and caravans have their own free standing BBQs so we do not provide a BBQ area on those pitches. Sorry that the toilet and washing facilities within your motorhome were so inadequate that you had to use our on site facilities. Your description of the buildings were not correct - they are not shipping containers but portable buildings for the showers and toilets. The mens and ladies showers are all divided by a wall but with a shower curtain at the entrance to each shower cubicle.

Mi è piaciuto Nice level pitch with stunning views. Clean toilets and showers. Restaurant was good, generous portions of good home cooked food. Reasonably priced. Indoor play room for the little ones, our little boy loved it.

Non mi è piaciuto Older children in the play area. Were really too boisterous and too big for the play equipment. Would have been nice if the bar restaurant was opened during the day. It would be useful if there was a chair in the shower cubicles.

Mi è piaciuto The site is really lovely, some of the pitches seemed a bit too close together but it was well structured. The shower and toilets were always clean and although the site was full we never had to queue for a shower.

Non mi è piaciuto The only thing that spoilt it was the noisy children until about 11pm, with no parents to be seen. Kids were using the road paths to race on their scotters and kept running across our pitch. Think the site would be great out of season.

Mi è piaciuto the shower room and toilets, these were very clean and I never had to wait for a shower. The owners were fab and could not have been more helpful. They have a good stocked shop and at reasonable prices. The site was in a great location and Kingsbridge is a sweet little town with lovely ice cream!! Much needed in the wonderful hot weather we had the whole week.

Non mi è piaciuto the only real dislike was the fact that the grass had not been cut and due to no fault of the owners the bins had not been collected.
