Mi è piaciuto Quiet location, good walking locations from the site, great family pub on-site, good kids play ground, water and electricity direct to the pitch, waste and Porta-loos on site (and pub toilets during opening hours), friendly staff, central location on the island, hardstanding pitch with grass for the awning. No washing up station or shower facilities but we knew this before booking (we were still OK with this).

Mi è piaciuto Friendly welcome (in the in-house bar). Relaxed atmosphere. 'Park wherever you want'. Toilets, showers, sinks, rubbish bins, drinking water. No chemical waste or campsite wifi (but we don't mind this). Went on a Sat so the bar was open until dark and a small food menu. Lots of space to run around for the kids. Everything we like!

Mi è piaciuto Everything! A very casual campsite (which we love), just turn up and pick your own spot. Because this place is shared with the airfield / flying club, it comes with a cafe and bar (open 9am-8pm), and a small playground for the kids. In terms of camping facilities, the sinks and toilets were clean, we didn't use the shower but they looked fine, external sinks for dish washing with hot water, water tap, and rubbish and toilet disposal too. Everything you need.

Non mi è piaciuto Not an issue for us (it's why we came) but it is an active airfield so plenty of noise during the day, and very close to the coast so can be windy at times (again, wasn't an issue for us).
