Mi è piaciuto Tidy site, back to basics, a lot of other campers thought the same, a lot were repeat campers. Toilets and showers were immaculate, site warden Mark induced himself and made himself visible.,Choose your own pitch which we like, all together a lovely experience. A bridle way takes you into Stockbridge without being near traffic

Mi è piaciuto Nice eel kept site, very friendly lady booked us in, had a lovely meal in the pub first night.

Mi è piaciuto Everything, nicely maintained tidy site, owners very friendly, pitches all tidy, whether grass or handstand. Nice bar serving food. Toilets and showers immaculate lovely views, very friendly owners who have obviously put a lot of effort and pride into the site. They also have facilities for a wedding venue or similar, see Wayside barn for details. A very relaxing site in easy travelling distance of attractions and local market towns

Mi è piaciuto Nice site, behind lovely pub, great views, was full on the night we stayed, so shows how popular it is. Very friendly welcome from staff, nothing too much trouble. Some families with happy kids, all having good fun

Mi è piaciuto Lovely views, across Somerset levels as far as Hinckley, nice walks in area. Simple to book, easy to find. Site is on the edge of a small hamlet nice to stroll around. Pitches were hard standing, a benefit if weather was wet. Would have been top class if grass around pitches was cut more. Liked the wilded part of the site, good for wild life, had a couple of relatively tame wrens hopping around the pitch. Local pubs within walking distance for an average walker.

Mi è piaciuto Close to some lovely villages, Woodbury Salterton within walking distance. Facilities excellent, shop selling the essentials. Had a bar if you fancied a drink and or a meal. Ideal location for visiting Lyme Regis, Sidmouth etc. one part of site had seasonal pitches all grouped together, and also static caravans for sale.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely quiet site, owner met us on arrival and gave us a choice of pitches. Nice views, toilet blocks immaculate, friendly site. Short walk down a steep hill into Polperro big climb back up toad, it is possible to book a taxi back up to site. Handy for visiting Looe, Polruan and Falmouth. Site has small on site shop selling essentials, and also home killed meat from farmed stock on site, all of which is frozen. Would definitely come back

Mi è piaciuto Peace and quiet, friendly owner, lovely location. New pitches were being added to increase capacity, this is fully understandable as it is such a lovely central location. This is our second visit ideal location for a few days stop off if you are doing a long north to south journey or vice versa. Close to M6 and major attractions in Cheshire. Tarporley just down the road well worth a visit, the canal at Nantwich. Countryside location.

Mi è piaciuto Friendly owners, level pitches, handstand or grass available quiet rural location with great views, nice walks. Facilities adequate, wading up area, toilet, one shower. Small friendly site. Eggs from farm hens and farm reared pork available

Mi è piaciuto Quiet picturesque marina site, alongside the Coventry Canal. Handy for Lichfield, lovely pub just along the tow path, friendly boating community. Facilities adequate, showers, washrooms all good.

Mi è piaciuto Quiet site, central for our requirements plenty of walks. Site is tidy with gravel pitches in one half and electric on meters, £1 and or £2 coins required. We did not use electric. One half of site had electric, which I assume you paid for in pitch fee and concrete base hard standing. Very nice lady owns site. We booked 3 nights, went to a family function where we stayed in hotel, and then returned for a night. Would definitely go again. Fresh water tap and toilet disposal on site.
