Mi è piaciuto The camper vans were pitched almost on the beach!! great to be so close to the lake. Good security on the gate so everything felt safe, on a very clean beach. Local bars and restaurants were very good with a local ferry stop to Sirmione too which was a bonus. Staff very welcoming on arrival and always a Ciao when you left and returned to site too

Non mi è piaciuto Only downer for us (luckily they were only there.1 night) was a camper where the occupants were smoking weed which was wafting across the site. Wifi could be included but wasn't a big issue.

Mi è piaciuto The site was a perfect location for our trip from Colmar to Calais, next time we would stay 2 nights to explore the local historic town too. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and ideal for a splash about rather than a swim. Theming of the site is top rate, great idea to have covered wagon clamping and the saloon theme bar area. Facilities were functional and clean too

Mi è piaciuto Spacious pitches with shade and level ground, well drained (as we found out with typical BH weather :) Facilities are clean and well managed and the staff were very welcoming and helped to ensure we had adjacent pitches with the others in the party. Great to have a fish and chip trailer on site on Friday too. Would come again as a base for exploring the area

Non mi è piaciuto Nothing to dislike about the site. Wifi I always see as a luxury and was a little patchy at times

Mi è piaciuto Perfect distance for a day's drive when heading south, good sized level pitch. Great to have the lake within walking distance to get the paddle boards out on. Evening entertainment was interesting on the night (we were there 1 night only) with a singer, very much the cruise ship type. Good BBQ on that night too.

Non mi è piaciuto The poor ladies in the restaurant were so rushed off their feet they struggled to keep up with orders. This is not a criticism, they were just under staffed for the number of people to serve.

Mi è piaciuto Absolutely fantastic site, spacious and spotless facilities, only a 15 min walk to town, close to the riverside railway and water sports. The team on site were welcoming and helpful when making a booking for 2 pitches… we were able to easily return following a disaster at Abersoch but I think it will be booked up quick in summer

Mi è piaciuto Clean and tidy with a new shower block. Proper electric Mira showers (not the push to use type). Electric hookup posts allowed for closer camping with friends

Non mi è piaciuto The field is on a slop so you will need levelling ramps for a camper but the pitches nearest the showers and play area were most level.
